Salon Eleni

This establishment is one of the greatest businesses that I have ever dealt with. They have been courteous, and helpful in every regard. I recently purchased a gift card for my wife for her birthday but due to circumstances she was unable to maintain the appointment made, and I talked to the owner, Helen, who was so gracious and courteous as to do what most businesses would never dream of doing and that was to refund me a gift card. This experience has been so thrilling to me that I must recommend them to anyone wanting to deal with a business that is more concerned with their customers than with their bottom line.

Bona did a great job on my hair :) I was very pleased with e salon experience! I walked in 30 minutes late and I was still seen; the second I walked in they say me down and I was offered coffee which I loved :)

My only complaint is that they only accept cash or a check

One of the better salon experiences I’ve had in the metro area, and so close to home! I called on a Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in just a few hours later. Extremely satisfied with both my cut and brows. The only bummer is that they only accept cash or check for hair cuts, so plan accordingly. Will definitely be returning!

This place is the best in the Detroit area! Willing to pay as much as it takes to get my hair done the way i like. Not only are the stylist experts, the prices are reasonable!

I was recommended to try Salon Eleni as a place to get my eyebrows shaped by Angie. I was shopping around for an east side place, since I was getting sick and tired of driving out to Birmingham just to get them done.
I am so glad I found this place! A major plus to me was that it is super convenient to get to and they have nice and late hours for us working folks (my appointment was at 8:30PM). Angie did a great job shaping them up… it wasn’t just straight up wax, but really taking her time to tweeze and trim when necessary.
I was also pleasantly surprised that when I used to pay $ 30 to get a shape in Birmingham, I went to the cash register and was told it was $ 15! Woo hoo! Less money on gas and the service? I am a believer!
The place was so clean, hip and had great products for purchase. They do offer a wide range of services from hair, to facials and more. One downside, I wish they had a website to describe all that they offer.
