STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Why do I say that?
Because I’ve gotten constant and harassing phone calls from them for over a year, which is particularly odd due to the fact that I:
— Have no need for storage beyond what my apartment can hold.
— Don’t live in Missouri.
— Have never even set foot inside a Storage Masters.
Somehow these people got my phone number and think I can help them find the person who owes them money. Despite multiple explanations that I don’t know this person, and can’t give them any useful information, the completely inept site manager, Doug, keeps calling.
His boss, Brian, is even worse. He justifies this blatant harassment by saying things like «it’s just company policy, I can’t do anything about the phone calls.» When I ask who makes these policies, I’m told that he owns the company.
Clearly we’re getting nowhere.
