I had a great experience with the store manager, she made getting the unit easy. She explain everything very well. She lets me see the unit and make sure it was correct size for my need, and explained the gate process. She also explain long term pricing. I am very pleased to store my stuff here.

I wish I didn’t have to give them a star… Do not use this storage facility! They lure you in with «1st month free!» and then every 5 months they jack your premium up 20 – 30 $! What a scam! Go to Uhaul, they rarely have price increases (every 2 years for inflation reasons). Horrible customer service and the facility is subpar… Take my advice and avoid this place! I have to move all of my stuff AGAIN now…
