This charming antique & vintage collectible shop has it all: kitchen and glassware, furniture, vinyl, sports memorabilia, tools, artwork, toys & games, trunks & suitcases, dress forms, sewing machines, record players, and the list goes on. The shop is stationed right next to the railroad tracks, so the nod to a vintage train depot in the namesake is charming and clever. There are four main rooms within the shop, which is choc-full of merchandise. You could easily get lost in it for hours and still not see everything that they have to offer. What I love most is that the owners are constantly attending auctions and other antique-related events to purchase additional items… so if you’re looking for something and they don’t have it, just ask and they will keep an eye out for you. There is a huge green space and storage facility out back(which is stuffed full of additional vintage goodies that won’t fit in the store), making it an ideal place for swap meets, drive-ins and other events. I know they are thinking about doing a vintage car show at some point, so that would be cool to see. All in all, well worth a day trip to Springfield and one of the hidden gems of the areas many antiques and vintage shops!
