The front desk staff were more worried about gossip than patients. I was literally ignored. I also overheard the girls at the front desk complaining about customers. The dentist acted like I was wasting his time. They did such a bad job with my filling that I had to go back 2 days later and have them fix it.(At no xtra cost to me though). They also told me originally that my insurance would cover 100% and I even asked them to double check with my provider. They lied. They did not check and it ended up not being covered. The one positive thing I can say is that the manager assisted me with my(unexpected) bill and was very professional and helpful.
