My visit to Advanced Dental Care was nothing short of remarkable. The office staff and Dr Schlee all were extremely comforting to me during this stressful time. All were very understanding of my situation and went above an beyond to make sure that I was relaxed and comfortable. I went to have a tooth pulled Dr Schlee had it pulled out and I didn’t even realize that the tooth was out. I would strongly recommend this office, staff and Doctors to anyone in need of dental care in the future.

My husband likes the female dentist– says she’s really nice and does a good job. The receptionists are a whole other story. Reception staff are in their own little world and oblivious at times– more like the DMV than warm and friendly. Felt like cattle. You can stand right in front of them and they will not acknowledge you. The few waiting area chairs are so close to the seating area you can hear staff’s conversations on the phone with clients. They have complimentary wifi but we’ve had problems with it working. When my toddler announced he needed to use the bathroom– everyone in the waiting area looked painfully at us when they noticed the staff where not acknowledging us waiting at the counter to ask if he could use the bathroom, I ended up wandering back and finding it on my own. Also, my daughter forgot her coat– she ran back in and told the women behind the counter(with staff avoiding looking at her) that she forgot her coat– she said none of them looked up. Only after saying it louder did one finally look up and paged back to get it. I waitressed for many years(and was a hostess) when in college– so I know the difference in being busy, and ignoring. It felt like a competition to see which staff would get«stuck» with the customer during our last visit here. It was a bad feeling. Clearly none of the people behind the desk felt the need to act like a team on behalf of arriving customers. That being said, my husband had more work done– and liked the dentist. My child only had a cleaning– and the hygienist told me my child had no cavities. Would have been nice if the dentist would have briefly met me– but I will give a break for that because I suppose it’s not«necessary», just spoiled I guess from our previous dentists. If you can get past the cattle/herd treatment and tiny waiting area– the woman dentist is good. Otherwise, not at all impressed with this place. Will probably look for a different place for the kids and myself. My husband can decide if he wants to keep coming here.
