I’m very surprised by the ratings this store has gotten so far. My wife and I eat from this location usually at least once a month, and we rarely have had any complaints about the correctness of the order, or the quality of what we received. I am disappointed that there are some of the younger crew members who don’t know that the chili cheese burrito was once called the«Chilito,» so when I ask for a «Chilito» they have no clue what I’m referring to. Haha. We’ve never had a problem with unfriendly staff, wrong orders, missing food, or any other complaints that I can think of. We intend to continue to eat from this store very regularly. I’d recommend that those who had bad experiences in the past give them another chance, you may be able to regrade them based on their new experience. It’s fast food, not a gourmet restaurant. If you are expecting white tie service, it isn’t going to happen. It’s up to you to make sure the food your receive is what you ordered. If you don’t check your order before leaving, you really have no room to complain. Nobody is perfect. :) For those who haven’t visited the location yet, I’d recommend it. It’s good food, they have friendly staff, and the place is usually quite clean.

Gave it 1 star because zero is not an option. Been there about 5 times in the last month out of convenience. Have NEVER gotten the correct order. Most of the times I am shorted something I have paid for. That really ticks me off. NEVERAGAINATTHISLOCATION!!!

Pretty much every time we go here our order is wrong. Tacos are broken, and something is missing. Napkins, sauce, straws, sporks even food… The ever changing staff seems friendly enough, but I’m positive they don’t drug test there. We still go quite often I guess we are gluttons for punishment.
