I had the worse experience ever with this particular Taco bell, first of all I was in line for 29 minutes after placing my order, once I reached the window, I politely asked if the meal was still hot, after waiting almost ½ hour. The wannabee cook stormed the window after being informed of my request for hot food, yelling«fuk* what the fuc* you want me to do? burn your damn food? its already fuc**** hot,. I said first of all you aren’t going to talk to me like that, and second of all, you will not get away with that mouth in front of my 11 yr old son, whom was in my car during his tantrum. I asked for his name from the MGR which refused to give me his correct name, I later found out his name is EDWIN,. I totally get having a bad day, but when you have a job dealing with the public, you are held to a certain higher standard, and hired with a positive attitude, I am 100% sure EDWIN, did not have the interview and state that he «sucks» when dealing with the public under pressure. I went in there today 12÷06÷15 and the place was a pig pen, food was all over the floor, the tables looked as if they hadn’t been washed in weeks, I didn’t go in there to eat today I went with the hope of finding a real MGR that gave a damn, but no such luck. Anyway, my next quest will be to contact corporate office, and for future reference, my son and I will never go to Taco bell again. Another observance today, a female employee, went into the bathroom, came out within 1 – 2 minutes and I am absolutely positive she did not stop to wash her hands, she proceeded to pull her HAIR up in a pony tail, and get back on the food line. GROSS!!!

I completely agree with the previous reviews. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve every been to. Literally everything is horrible. The dining room is gross. Do they ever clean? The bathrooms are even worse. When I finally did get my food after what seemed forever in line(the cashier seemed like she could give af about being there), it took an even longer time to get my food. When I received my food, the order was wrong. Surprise surprise. I asked for them to correct it and what an attitude I got! At this point I was so frustrated I just wanted my money back. The manager came over and was reluctant to give it back but finally did. Never again.

I’ve had a few problems with them cold food and undercooked chalupa bread. The staff just seems as if they can’t wait to go home. Drive thru was closed today not sure why. Ive heard it’s been closed a few times before that, need to get it together ASAP.

I try to review chains as little as possible but this taco bell is awesome!!! they are open pretty late and I often stop here on the way home from a bar. when taco bell stopped making cheesy gordita crunch, my friends and I just kept asking for it. after about 2 weeks this location started making them again but they were not on the menu. Now they have brought back cheesy gordita crunch nationally and I cant help but think it all started here. yea i know… probably not. why you gotta crush my dreams?
