I would give this place 5 stars but timing can be unpredictable. I have had to wait on occasion but then again, it is a doctors office where emergencies can occur.
The doctor informed me my exam for the contacts and visits were actually covered due to my «Special eyes». I have to make calls to keep on top of it and take responsibility by reminding them when I make appointments.
The doctors are very friendly and I always feel heard and taken care of. The waiting room has been remodelled and is spacious. I have been coming here for around five years and plan on coming as long as it’s convenient.

I booked an appointment after confirming that they take my insurance. I arrived 10 minutes early. When I got there it took them 25 min to figure out that I am covered. They kept saying that there was a problem with my insurance. Except that the problem was that THEY could not figure it out. Then they had me wait 20 more minutes.
The waiting room is dirty. It is a big room where the receptionist are on one side and the opticians are on the other and it is quite loud and crowded there.
Eventually when they called me it was 40 minutes past my appointment. I requested to cancel the visit and did not reschedule. No one seemed to care that I was quite disappointed.
