I just was recently at this location. I tried to call up the manager to tell them about my experience. Too bad the number doesn’t seem to work. Even though my father was irritable the employees didn’t seem to help the situation. As soon as we went inside no one greeted us. There were two employees who were helping customers and they had opportunities to break away and engage. I was in retail I know all about customer service. We waited fifteen minutes and no one greeted us. I decided to break away and engage even though I’m the customer. I didn’t really get the answers I needed. From our view a woman came in after us and was being helped before us and I had to get an attitude from an employee saying she was there first she had to step away. Is that my problem? If you leave the store you’re currently out of the line to be helped. What are we in middle school? Going to save spots in line? We came in the store no greeting and no explanation as for the wait time. Poor performance. I would stay away, take your business elsewhere.

Friendly staff, but make sure you look around and find the sign in sheet if it looks busy. If you miss the sign in sheet you will be waiting all day and be in the back of the line until you do actually sign up.
