Every officer I have dealt with was professional and truly cared. (even when giving me a citation) i have lived all over Springfield. When living in some crappy parts of town I have been forced to make calls to the SPD. I have always had fast response times with all issues resolved.
I like how they have a jail now and even went with my sons class to do a tour. I feel like my tax dollars are well spend with the Springfield police and will continue to support the men and women who serve and protect our city.
