Good selection. Good prices. But don’t count on them to provide service. I encountered a slacker here… So I came in to the store on February 25th and my shoe size wasn’t there. The store worker told me to come in the following day, since they MIGHT arrive on their truck. (WTF?) I said«Why don’t you just take my phone number and call me when they come in?» He gets out a piece of scrap paper. I said«Do you need the model number of those shoes?» No, he said. «Okay… You’re going to call?» Yes, he said. «I appreciate that. It will save me a lot of time.» Well, of course the call never came. I returned to the store on March 30th. And there were my shoes, on the shelf, in my size. I hate lousy service. Nobody couldn’t take 30 seconds to give me a call. So if you ask them to do you a small favor, don’t count on them to get the job done.

The only reason this store is getting 2 stars is that the prices were good and had a decent selection I found some nice sneakers for my son but they keep one shoe in the box on the shelf so when I asked the Older man if he had it in the back he was a dick and said what you see is what you get and I told him there’s only 1 shoe then he finally told me(in a messed up Attitude) that the other shoe was in the back and I didn’t buy the shoes just because of that attitude.

Shoe Dept. is like a glorified Payless — and that’s not necessarily a bad thing! I have gotten great deals at both places, but Shoe Dept. tends to have more stylish looking boots/heels and a larger selection of sneakers. Beware — sometimes you get what you pay for, but it is definitely possible to snag a great pair of shoes on clearance! I recently bought two pairs of boots, both on a DEEP discount and I love both pairs. It’s worth a look! This location had friendly clerks, but it was a bit messy for my liking. I will definitely go back to check for bargains.
