I will never go back here. I went to buy a mattress and there was no associate anywhere near the area. I asked a cashier to get someone for me. She paged an associate, but no one came. I walked around the perimeter looking for someone, but it was a ghost town. Two male associates were deep in conversation down an isle of refrigerators, they glanced up at me, but continued their conversation. I was needing the mattress that night. I stood and waited for about 20 minutes, then left. Worst feeling ever. To have money to spend, what I want for sale right in front of me, but no one to help me. Never again.

We had a wonderful experience at Sears in the lawn and Garden area of the store! Sue, the associate that assisted us was exemplary! She went the extra mile to make sure that we were able to purchase the item that we wanted. I would highly recommend this Sears for any shopping that you need to do. It is an awesome store with highly trained excellent employees.

purchased a frig. a kenmore«elite» side by side. yesterday was the 7th time they have came out to fix it. we have been without ice for 2 months and with out a frig period for over a week now. we have purchased two extended warranties for this 3 year old frig costing over $ 700.00 just to keep it going. they have replaced the computer, the freezer door, and the ice maker 3 times. we have asked for a replacement and are told to call an 800 number who tells us to call another 800 number who tells us to call another 800 number where we stay on hold for over an hour to be told that it will be 4 business days before a decision can be made on a replacement. also the next appointment for replacing the computer is the 24th of june meaning we will have been with out a frig for almost 3 weeks. sears needs to go out of business which is looking like it is a possibility. do not do not do not shop at this store or buy a sears brand of any sort. save yourself the stress.

Bought a shaver here that had the wrong power adapter to it. When I went to return it, they had a hard time because the receipt printed only half the barcode. The POS system is so outdated and slow that it took the manager going to the office to complete the return. Wound up waiting over 15 minutes from start to finish for a return.

Been here many times. Have purchased tools, sheets and a sport coat recently. It’s great that you can find nearly anything at Sears. Prices are fair I even compared some things on amazon and found the prices to be similar which shocked me. My best and most memorable experience was the purchase of the sport coat. It had a large percentage off sign inadvertently placed directly above it. I thought it was out of place but wasn’t sure. I figured what the heck. I’ll just ask the cashier. She went and looked and came back saying they messed up and honored it! She was so nice. I will defiantly be back.

Went to Sears again. There was one clerk at the register and people were waiting in line, so I took my items to another register about 50 feet away, that didn’t have anyone waiting in line. Win for me. Win for Sears.

I like Sear’s… it delivers on good memories from my childhood and now, both my parents have retired and have part-time jobs there(retirement was too boring for them). LoL. My dad(John) was a shop teacher and now works in… tools! Ask him anything about shoppy or lawny stuff and he’ll know or he’ll find out quickly. My mom works in shoes. She used to not buy clothes or anything unnecessary but since Sear’s has so many great sales all the time, she has a billion pairs of shoes now and lot’s of great new clothes. Ahahahaha. She’s also trying to give me shoes all the time … good thing she’s fashion conscious. It’s simple, my parents rock! If Sear’s keeps them happy, Sears must rock too. Anyway, they’re nice and they work there. That and the crazy sales, makes Sears a great place. :)
