I enjoyed shopping in this Banana Republic while in Springfield for the weekend. The store has a good selection, and sales staff were friendly.
My first time in I was actually returning an item I’d purchased online. The computer wasn’t recognizing the original purchase, for some reason, so the salesperson went to extra lengths to determine how to process the return successfully. Another night I was in, sales staff made sure I got the maximum discount on the clothes I was purchasing, including a suit jacket that I would not have purchased without that discount.
The town of Springfield doesn’t have much to offer in the way of men’s clothes. This Banana Republic is a diamond in the rough.
