Quality Inn & Suites

I have stayed at the Quality Inn on Freedom Drive, at least five times. The rooms have always been clean and quiet. The staff is incredible. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff works so hard to make certain you are happy during your stay. They are team players. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you. Rod, the manager is amazing! He is so polite, professional and friendly and only wants your stay to be enjoyable one. The location is perfect. There are so many good restaurants within driving and walking distance from the hotel. There are also plenty of stores within walking distance. For the price, you get double for your money! I highly recommend the Quality Inn, on Freedom Drive, in Springfield, IL. Thanks so much, Rod and Staff, for making my stay so enjoyable. I definitely recommend that you book your next trip to Springfield at this hotel. I look forward to staying here again.

So far, so good. I booked this hotel through my employee discount. I’m a housekeeper and front desk clerk for the same company, I know what to expect… and yet, I’m slightly disappointed. The women who greeted us at the desk didn’t smile once or make small talk… checked into the room with an odd smell… the bathroom? Let’s just say lots of cracks in the walls and tub. But it was clean. Clean room, super comfy beds, what more do you want with an amazing discount?

One word simply Awesome!!! Rodney and Jenna were amazing hospitable and committed to the comfort of my family and canine. Clean facilities and charming environment. I highly re conned this property! Thank you Quality Inn!

We are in town for a baseball tournament and the team is staying at this hotel. The «non smoking» floor reeks of smoke. I feel like I’m staying in a bar full of smoke. I called the front desk to complain and they said they would spray deodorant. How about addressing the people who are smoking in the rooms. We are stuck here– thank goodness it’s only for 2 days.

I come for business to the Springfield area 2 to 3 times per month and I always stay at this hotel but I no longer will stay there again, because I have given them my business for the last 3years and now they have a new owner that’s wants to triple my double plus my rate so that tells me he doesn’t really care he also owns the hotel in Decatur Illinois and its not a comfort inn they are both quality inns so I give them a very bad rating

Clean and fair price. Typical right off the highway hotel.
