Made an appointment for an eye exam, got there 15 minutes early for paperwork, and waited 25 minutes past my time while someone who had made an appointment at a different chain entirely and showed up at this site was «worked in» at my appointed time, without the courtesy of being asked to cede my slot. I had picked out frames when I came in to make the appointment two days before, and still had to wait another 20 minutes while the techs were basically milling about, three not even with other customers.
Don’t know yet how the exam/glasses will be, but the time management here is not good.
