Where to begin? This was the worst experience. I found Jayne on Unilocal and Groupon. Although I did not purchase a Groupon voucher. I was told she would honor the deal. Jayne was not able to take me for my first appointment, she told me I would be in good hands with her assistant. Who was very sweet but did not actually give me a facial. I walked in asking for a facial with extraction and was interested in a coal mask. Coal mask was not ideal for my skin, discussing her recommendations took up my entire appointment. Once my facial started it was interrupted multiple times by Jayne. She opened the door to the room several times and turned on the lights, then reprimanded the facialist for running late. The facialist didn’t steam my face and rushed through the mask I paid extra for. I should have never paid for the facial. I felt horrible for the assistant so I tipped her. I reached out to Jayne immediately to tell her how upset I was. Jayne made up an excuse that her client had a death in the family and she would normally never interrupt like she did. She had me come back for a facial but notified me 15 min beforehand that steamer was broken. Jayne did make great recommendations and gave me a mask to try at home. She told me yet again lets try to reschedule when the steamer is working. I wasted over 40 minutes talking to her about what should be done and how disappointed I was. I should have been given a refund. I have been living between the UK and USA and Jayne was aware my limited schedule. I contacted her over a month before I would be back in town, my email was acknowledged but I never got an appointment time. After emailing the week of the appointment I was given a time for the following week. I showed up and she was no longer at the same salon. I called her and found out she was in between locations. But she had no record of my appointment! She told me the other girl must have Jayne must not like business, knowing how talented she is I gave her too many opportunities and yet she continued to behave completely unprofessional.

I’ve been going to Jayne for about a year now. I love her and I love my lashes! She’s very professional and she won’t let you walk out of the door until your lashes are perfection. I receive compliments on a DAILY basis.

I bought a Groupon in September for a signature facial from Lash and Spa by Jayne. I called in October to schedule an appointment and I got a recording asking callers to call back in December(she said something about a fire and having to move the business). I called back in December and the woman who answered asked me to call back in January. So I called back the first week in January and the woman who answered(I’m assuming that the woman was Jayne) told me she was closing for vacation for a week(my Groupon was to expire the first week in February). I asked her to hold for a second while I got my calendar so we could schedule an appointment for after she returned from vacation. Instead of waiting for me to return to the phone, she disconnected me. I called back, but she didn’t answer the phone. I went online to schedule an appointment on her website, but got no answer to my email. I called again a few days later and the woman who answered asked me to call back because she was the only one there and too busy to schedule an appointment. I contacted Groupon and they credited my account(I didn’t get a refund, just a credit toward another Groupon purchase). This was a very strange experience. If Jayne is that unprofessional just at scheduling an appointment I can only imagine how bad the facial would have been.
