Went shopping here recently for a suit. Their suit selections are decent, accessories are so-​so, shoes are mostly brand names I haven’t heard of before… but HORRIBLE customer service. 2 things:
A sales associate just had to help me so he started laying out patterns that I could match my suit with. None of which I wanted. I kept telling him that’s not my style but he insisted on wasting my time and telling me my style was boring. Yeah, thanks. Then I broke out a picture of Hugh Jackman wearing almost the exact combination I wanted. You’re right, I have such bad taste that celebrities wear that combination. Wasted my time and embarassed me.
I went to buy a suit and it had fabric pulls in it. The manager would not reduce the price due to damage. He indirectly called me a liar and stated that there were no pulls when clearly there were. He gave me a song and dance about how he isn’t able to discount anything unless there are holes in it. That’s obviously a load of bs. Treated me like crap in front of other people. Showed no remorse. Horrible customer service. Basically a Burlington Coat Factory with worse customer service.
