Potential buyers beware! We recently purchased a bed from this company and about a month after owning one of their«High End» beds(the R9), we starting noticing sinking depressions that we were falling into while sleeping, which caused us to toss and turn all throughout the night and wake up with major back, hip and arm pain. We can no longer sleep on our stomachs due to the lack of support and if we do end up in that position, our backs get that hyper extended feeling. We get out of bed with major lower back pain every morning. We haven’t had a good nights sleep since owning this bed. We are so frustrated that we are basically stuck with this mattress and after thousands of dollars spent we still can’t get a good nights sleep. We are sick we wasted our hard earned money that we had been saving for just thinking we were finally going to get a good quantity bed. Boy were we wrong! We have been in contact with the Owner of the company from the beginning of our situation. After a bit of back and forth He decided he didn’t want to «mess with us» any longer… so he just started flat out ignoring our many emails, phone calls and voicemails. I guess that shows exactly what they think of their customers and their sleep comfort. They have your money, so they don’t really care about your comfort or sleep after that! We asked for a refund and we were told no. We even offered to return it for over $ 1,000 less than what we paid for it just trying to recop some of the cost, again we were told no. Then we were just ignored. The lack of support, quality and overall care has been very disappointing. I would encourage anyone looking for a bed to buy with confidence from a company you know will stand behind their product. I could NEVER recommend Joplimo to anyone! There are many many more details from our experience we could share, but don’t want to get into depth. Joplimo will have a response; of which I’m sure will not have all the details to what actually happened… Just like they did when I questioned a few of their poor reviews I’d seen. Again, buy from a company that will stand behind their mattress and offer a refund or sleep guarantee, to many high quality companies today are making that the standard. Don’t settle, you will be disappointed! We dread getting in our bed and going to sleep every night because of the pain it causes us all over, it feels like we are sleeping on springs… but after spending $ 4,900 dollars just a few short months ago. we really have no other choice but to sleep in pain.

After much deliberation on what type of mattress was ideal for us(due to medical conditions), we narrowed our search to three businesses in our community. Jared at Joplimo was the only representative in these businesses that did not try to sell us a mattress, he wanted to find a solution for our needs. Best customer service before and after sale and super accommodating to our specific needs for delivery and set-up. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I was a fresh college grad looking to buy my first mattress for my apartment. The staff really listened to what my needs were and have me options within my budget. The gentleman gave me plenty of information to help me make an educated decision and took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of each style/type of mattress. Never once did I feel like I was being spoken down to or «sold.»

You better read the print on the warranty. What you are told does not match what is in writing and you are expected to sign these statements. I was offered the«time share» closing. Where the salesman went over the contract with me telling me what it says and expecting me to sign every paragraph. Once he finished I read it myself and offered some objections. The owner then took over. And told me one item was a typo that he would have to fix on future contracts. I was verbally told there is nothing to worry about they take care of problems and their customers. However, their contract/guarantee gives them every imaginable legal right to send the consumer packing from day 1. Examples are: To qualify for our comfort guarantee it is required that a mattress protector is purchased. Joplimo Mattress TM reserves the right to refuse this comfort guarantee to anyone for any reason. All Sales are Final Body impressions from a lack of center support or use of an unrecommended foundation or boxspring will not be covered under the product warranty. I was told the swedish bed I have will be fine with their mattress and I am not required to use their box springs, this would not affect the warranty. Clearly if there is a problem they have their out in writing. They are nice and polite and seem very up and up. I’m glad I read the contract. This is not my first trip around the sun.
