Happy Wok II

I just tried Happy Wok while visiting close to Saxer Ave. Wonderful
NEW OWNERS and not only were they just lovely to talk to, the Shrimp Fried Rice was excellent. It is my favorite and the shrimp were not overdone like they often are. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been ordering food here for a couple of years. I always get the same thing which is General Tao shrimp. Recently the recipe has changed. Much more difficult to eat. Not tasty at all. Not sure if they sold or have a new cook. Either way I am disappointed to say the quality has really gone downhill.

This place is the absolute best Chinese place in Delaware county. Every dish is delicious and the service couldn’t be better. I always get different things every time and have been eating here for 10 years. I’m a Chinese food fanatic and trust me you won’t go wrong. If you want noodles try the chow fun. It’s absolutely to die for. Best won ton soup I’ve had all over delco too! Try the steamed and fried dumplings for apps and the boneless spare ribs.

Everyone needs a «Go To» Chinese place. This is mine. It is a guilty pleasure. My daughter always gets bourbon chicken and loves it. My wife and I split General Tso’s Shrimp and Shrimp fried rice. I have always been satiated by my meals and I highly recommend this place. These people work hard at what they do, and they do a really good job. I have a lot of respect for them and their finished product. I think they are a star Chinese take out joint. I would not normally say 4 stars, as the overall experience is not what I would call a 4 star place. There is nowhere to eat in and their English is in the learning stages, but these people just work so hard, and deserve a star just for their work ethic and dedication. They are consistent in what they do, even the broccoli is done near perfect every time and in their genre they are the best take out in the area. It is a clean, well lit place that makes the most of every resource they have.

Decent Chinese food, plentiful portions. Chicken and broccoli is very good. Won ton is good. Hot and sour soup is good. My sister-​in-​law likes the general tso’s tofu. Delivery is quick and the people seem friendly. I recommend them. Cash only. Best for takeout… not sure if you can eat there. If you can, there may only be a small table or two.

Chinese food always seems the same, but this place is good… not much different, but good. I’m not sure how exactly to describe it, but the egg rolls are tasty and the meat inside the wonton soup is good as well. You can order General Tso’s with white meat and it’s delicious. Give it a try. They’re real fast, but remember, they only take cash.

Food is good. Service is good. Average prices. Only down side is they are CASH ONLY. The food is tasty. Kind of your everyday run-​of-​the-​mill Chinese takeout.
