Beware of the following: Gateway Village just decided to outlaw window air conditioners in all units. They did not give a reason or an apology. I suspect the owner drove around in their solid gold BMW and thought it looked ghetto.
Be prepared to spend about $ 1000 on portable AC if you don’t want to die of heat exhaustion.
Other than this, it has been a decent place.
