Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts is just all off. I’ve decided NOT to go anymore because every time I do, there’s a problem. The latest? The manager started screaming at an employee when she accidentally handed a cup of coffee to me and not the man who ordered it, as if that’s a terrible thing to do. He berated her in front of everyone. I told him to finish my order and yell at her in private.

Dunkin Donuts is great, but this location isn’t. Something is majorly wrong with the stock, employees, and overall cleanliness.
There’s not a drastic difference in taste but, the service is slow and unfriendly. Everyone keeps having a issue with customer service, oh when will they car fix it?
I discourage you to go here with colleagues, family, or significant others.
If you must come here, it’s fine. Otherwise, there’s a FANTASTIC Dunkin Donuts 5 minutes away next to Saigon City go there!

It’s ludicrous to me that a place that became famous for freakin’ doughnuts only has a tiny portion of space in the store allotted for said doughnuts.
Having said that, the small assortment had some good choices, like the Strawberry Shortcake one. Of course the blueberry cake doughnuts are always fantastic.
I do have to say this applies to all DD locations, not this particular one. I didn’t go to this location, I should have been more careful where I posted my review.

First time I thought it was an isolated incident. Second time, it’s a norm.

I love dunkin donuts but not this one. The employees are rude… for some reason the donuts are always mislabeled and they apparently don’t know the difference between with sprinkles and without. The donuts do taste just the same as other dunkin donuts l, but the attitude of the employees will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
In conclusion, I’m never going back to this one.

Worst location I’ve been to. Slow service, with an attitude. Poor product. I don’t even know how you mess a coolata up but they found a way. Don’t waste your money here.

A little surprised at all the bad reviews. My chocolate kreme donut was not fresh, hence minus one star. Other than that, this location is practically perfect. No, the employees’ English is not the best, but most of the places in the DMV have that issue. The customer service here more than makes up for it, as they are willing to repeat things to make sure they understood. Very good donut selection. Clean store. Kind employees. While there for 20 or so minutes, they sold a boy a dozen donuts, though he was short ten cents and gave a baby a free donut when his mom bought a coffee. I’ll be back (but not too often)!

Watch out for this location– I’m not sure if they received orders from the franchisee or not, but they are selling and charging you for a large iced coffee in a MEDIUM cup. You should also make sure that you get the right coffee before you leave, because chances are they screwed it up (cream vs. skim milk, real sugar vs. NO sugar, and forget about flavors… they almost always forget to add them or they are «out of stock.») It is one of the worst stores in the chain, in my opinion.

The people working here may possibly be the dumbest people on the planet. I went this morning to get an onion bagel and cream cheese. First problem the lady taking my order thought I wanted a plain bagel. Then, after getting my bagel and going home I realized there was no cream cheese. Shame on me for not checking before leaving. I should add there were three other people there while I was; one lady was irate because they had apparently given her the wrong sandwich twice and another because she received bagels instead of the donuts she ordered. I’ve been here several times before and it is almost never busy (nor was it today) so there is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence and disorganization. Also they need to hire some people who have at least a decent command of the English language.

At this branch there was no angus, no cappuccino, no hot chocolate.
And very slow service.
Guess it wasn’t a good idea coming here for our work meeting.

They have great hours, clean and very fast.
I am not that big of a DD Donut fan. However, I love stopping here for a hot coffee. This location is always clean and the staff is very friendly (even though there are times when ordering in English is a challenge).

Ok lets face it, Dunkin Donuts are universal. They provide a decent sandwich a tasty doughnut and a solid (cheaper) coffee. SO I THOUGHT!
I’ve been here a few times in the past few months since its right next to the Home Depot and I’m remodeling my bathroom. Not sure if you know this but you start every construction job with a very large cup of coffee.
This dunkin donuts coffee was watered down, so much so that I asked for another cup from the woman working. She said she had to make another pot, so I assumed it was the last cup and that is why it was watered down. The next cup was a duplicate of the first which leaves me to believe that its the indian not the arrow. Even the red velvet doughnut was just average.

There isn’t much good to say about this place. The tables inside were not clean, the customer service was terrible (walked up to the counter to ask for some ketchup to make the food edible and the employee clearly sees me yet doesn’t acknowledge my existance and walks away) and the bagel was terrible. In this case I ordered the steak and egg bagel, the meat was bland and the bagel was like eating the sole of my shoe.
Needless to say, I won’t be back.

We went to Dunkin’ the other week and got our breakfast sandwiches to go — bad idea. When we got back home, our smoked sausage sandwich was a disgusting looking grilled cheese and our bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was a pitiful bagel and cheese. Coffee was good as usual, but how can you really mess that up?
I would recommend visiting a different Dunkin’ or maybe the Starbucks down the street…

Alright, well, here goes.
I am a DD iced coffee fiend — let’s get that squared away from the get-go…so, naturally we made our way over there to get hopped up on caffeine early this afternoon.
The parking situation is not the best, but the plaza location isn’t too bad, near zpizza and a camera shop. The store itself is fine, bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside, and the signs/​menus/​register area is laid out in the standard way. Unfortunately, however, the seating area appears very haphazard — tables and chairs strewn around, donut crumbs and napkins littering the floor… not so attractive!
Now, I could see if this was during a morning rush, but morning it was not, and there was no line to speak of, so there goes that excuse. However, the clerks were friendly enough (a little spacey, but hey) and more importantly, they made the coffee right!
