Days Inn Springfield – South

Great deal for the price. Nice small pool up to 5ft for kids. My kiddos had a great time. Beds comfy. Some cracks around the edges of the walls but that is no big deal. The breakfast was nice (except eggs were werid). Biscuits and gravy was AWESOME. also waffles, rasin bread, cereal and yogurt. GREAT VALUE.

I came to this Hotel while driving from Texas to Chicago. I stopped here due to the snow storm of Dec 2013! I am so glad that I came here. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile even though I had no reservations.
My car would not start the next day due to the frigid conditions. They helped provide me with jumper cables, called a mechanic for me, and the manager even dropped me off at the mechanic because cab service was shutdown in Springfield, IL! While the adventure to Chicago was a nightmare, these guys were super!
Rakesh (RK) Patel the manager, and all his staff are amazing and kind people! They run an amazing place, and I would highly recommend them!
