I’m a graphic designer and my Adobe Suite crashed one day and refused to restart. I upgraded from CS5.1 to CS6, upgraded my system to Mountain Lion, and moved 100s of GB to my external hard drive to free up space. Nothing I did worked. I made one phone call to Database Systems and the problem was fixed. I was greeted by a friendly associate and transfered to speak with technician Richard Dodd. I explained my problem and he walked me through a solution over the phone in a matter of minutes. He was incredibly helpful and didn’t charge me a thing. I will be sure to take all of my future Mac issues straight to Database Systems and recommend them to all of my family and friends. They deserve a 10 star rating!

This is Springfield’s Apple store really. Park at door. Great service. Nice people. Willing to help you with anything after the sale, too. Avoid big box store, this is the place. I’ve called back several times with questions on itunes or ipod, etc and they are always helpful on the phone.

I had a great experience with my mac laptop’s water damage with them. They got to it quickly and sent it to apple when needed. I didn’t anticipate such quick service and decent pricing! Definite recommend!

A cozy little Mac shop — the ONLY Mac shop in town, actually. And a great bunch of people; they’re always really friendly when you walk in, the service department is quick at getting repairs (they initially said the hard drive in my MacBook would take a week to be repaired; it took them two days), and they have some really cool old Macs on display. If you want to purchase a Mac or Mac software, go to Database Systems.

These are good people, knowledgeable, interested in you and capable of supplying you with anything Macintosh you might need. As well the do video, etc. The technical help is always good and they are patient and helpful to the newcomer.

If you’re in the market for a new Apple Macintosh computer, Mac software or an iPod you would be remiss not to go here first. They sell the full line of Mac hardware and have several models (laptops and desktops) online and ready for a test drive. Their software selection is somewhat limited but given the space they have the best in town. They also specialize in Macintosh repairs and I’ve personally had a computer worked on there and can recommend their services. Very friendly salesman and all around great place to shop for Macintosh computers and related products.
