Honestly no where in SPFLD has better pizza. You can see this is true by the overflowing parking lot every night there. I’ve had wings and pizza at night with pitcher of beer with friends and i’ll tell you that you cannot go wrong with their lunch buffet i used to love working on the west side so my coworkers could go in there. Now that i’m on the south side i’ll still drive on 72 just to get me a good pie.

This review is a tough one because I’ve been a fan of Coz’s for quite a long time. Food-wise, as always, I’d give this place a five. The pizza and wings never disappoint, and this time we started out with a loaded waffle fries app. They were equally as delicious. As for the service, I was so very disappointed with our experience. We unfortunately dined during a tornado warning and the sirens going off, which caused a bit of a panic but it died off pretty quickly. Not only did the server, Victoria, come over and say«the tornado sirens are going off so you could take cover in the bathroom or something» but we also didn’t see her for a good ten or fifteen minutes after the poor suggestion. I feel like a restaurant should have a set plan for a situation like that. Once we received our food we sat with empty drinks for almost the entire pizza and I requested a side of buffalo sauce that I didn’t see for over half the pizza too. It was probably due to her standing off in a visible corner scrolling through Facebook. Truly not an enjoyable experience. Which is why I’ve rated them a three.

Had reservations for 14 and we were all squeezed in the table up front. Also the pizza is just ok. Flour on the crust, that is thin and tastes like a saltine cracker.

My favorite place for wings and beer! They have really good original buffalo sauce and many other flavors! Monday night is 40cent wings!

A cool little pub type place hidden away, where you can relax and enjoy a pizza, or other pub food. Friendly staff, makes it a memorable time.

A great spot to get lunch(from the menu or from the pizza/salad buffet). Quick and friendly service, plenty of space, and cheap prices. Also a great spot to get a drink before a movie at the nearby AMC. Coz’s hosts a a few older, friendly regulars on weeknights, but when the clock strikes quittin’ time on Friday, the place gets PACKED! Like park-on-the-grass packed. Still, it never fails to deliver.

Pizza is great here. Horseshoe w/waffle fries also great. I’ve also heard a lot of good things about their wings, but haven’t yet tried them myself. Coz’s has a lunch buffet until 2pm on weekdays that has soup, salad, and pizza. Buffet is good. Service can be a little slow sometimes, but all the staff I’ve met are very nice. The office I work at is close by so we order pizzas for work functions. They have a large upstairs for bigger parties that we’ve used for work parties too.

Pretty good pizza. Cold beer. Bar area small and tight. Does have outdoor seating so that is a plus. Service can be sketchy at times.

Several of us went for dinner(5PM). The pizza was excellent. One person ordered a grilled chicken sandwich & got a breaded chicken. Another ordered Wings which were over fried & were uneatable. Their regular fries were the same way, but their waffle fries were good. Everyone in our party agreed we would not be back.

The fried pickles were great. Spicy and a texture similar to that if jarred jalapeños. Stick with the thin crust pizza. It’s cracker-like and tasty, with just the right amount of toppings. Go with the fried pepperoni; oddly enough, fried pepperoni isn’t as greasy as you would think.

Best thin crust pizza in town! Be sure to get fried pepperoni(yep that right)! They also have a double crust that will fill you up! The chicken wing selection is either regular or flavor of the month either is great. They are large, naked, and priced right! Onion strands are awesome! There are daily specials that are pretty good deals! I eat here about once a week! So I’m a bit biased too!

I have had NY Pizza in NY and Chicago pizza in Chicago. Neither compare with Coz’s. Best pizza ever!

Absolutely the best pizza in Springfield! Their sausage is specially blended for them with a strong taste of fennel. Which in my book, makes it even better. Try the lunch buffet M-F, and you can sample many varieties of their pizza. Plus several other hot foods are offered on the buffet.

According to my husband, this is the best pizza ever! Ever! :) It’s a small town bar, so don’t expect a gourmet place, but the pizza indeed is delicious. Well-worth your visit! :)

They’ve been open only a couple of months, but this place disappointed from the start. My group of three walk into a restaurant wide cloud of burnt pizza smoke on a Saturday evening at 6:30, at the tail end of a dinner rush. — Took 25 minutes to be seated when it should have taken 15. I could see the open tables, left unclean. — Ordered a ham and cheese with mozzarella, 35 minutes later out came a ham and cheese with a enormous pile of cheddar on it. — Fries that would be served at an elementary school cafeteria. — Overly hammy and stressed out(b/c the kitchen was being so slow) waitress who was well versed in using dumb jokes and jabs to annoy clientele. — Dinner partner loved the fish tacos! She said they were great. — Beer was cold, if slow to get out. This is a great place, if you generally like to wear a college sweatshirt(of a place you never attended) and loudly talk about bygone high school glory days with disinterested dinner partners.

On Sunday, order a 4 topping pizza and get a free order of cheesy garlic bread. One of the best places to have a Coors Lite in the city. Great atmosphere, supplemented by free popcorn and peanuts.

I’ve been eating here for years, even back when it was a tiny little place. It’s consistently good. The pizza is good and thin, with many toppings available. They also have good wings and a variety of other options. If you’re feeling indulgent, their Italian sausage/poor boy sandwich is yummy. Its not a fancy place, but it’s good for pizza and has enough to satisfy picky eaters. Also, can someone explain why there are two toilets in the Womens restroom? Two with no stalls and no walls. Just two toilets and a sink. ???
