I liked going for my hair cuts. But then I booked for my wedding. The stylist made me 45min late for pics who I only booked for a few hours. We did a trial a month before and it didn’t take anywhere near the time– she did it completely different and kept playing it off like no big deal. Very irritating. But the girl that my bikini wax was wonderful!

This is a nice place, very clean, high tech equipment, trendy chairs in the waiting area, you get the picture. Don’t let the receptionist cloud your view of the stylists’ work (the receptionists can be a little. .. rude?)
If you go, be sure to ask for Kristie Coatney. She’s super sweet, down to earth, always does what you ask her to do. She won’t do her own thing with your hair just because she thinks it’s better than what you want. She takes her time, and is very careful. I’ve followed her from other salons, and I wish I could take her with me to Seattle when I leave in December. She’s that good.

I’ve been going here to get my hair done for over a year and I love it. I’ve referred my husband, in-laws and tons of friends, so I would definitely feel comfortable referring to any of you!
I’ve never used their spa services, but have heard good things about them as well.
