This is our 3rd time at this restaurant. We have been going every time we come into town. The service is great and the food is fantastic. Sometimes a little bit of a wait, but nothing unbearable. You have to expect that with a good place. Great employees who care.

Traveling through Eugene tonight. Call the front desk to find out who did delivery to my hotel. Let me just tell you, even with the third party delivery service, this was some bomb ass Italian food. I got the shrimp appetizer the cannelloni with meat sauce and the oregon salad which comes with an amazing blue cheese dressing and hazelnut and blue cheese crumbles. Obviously I am still dreaming about this meal, the best part is that I set on my hotel room bed watching a movie and this amazing meal was delivered to me. Thank you ciao pizza, you guys make some bomb ass food. In the next time I’m in your little town, I will definitely hit you up

I love this place so much. I went about 2 or 3 weeks ago. The owner took time to send me an email this week — very personalized, to ensure I knew he cared that I took time to fill out the comment card. They kept my food warm for me while I had a Stella. From the way the employees helped each other, to the way they helped me, was great. I had the ravioli with the kale/​bacon option and a pizza. Pizza was absolutely amazing. The ravioli was good but I was slightly disappointed with how ground up the filling in the ravioli was. My dad agreed the meat in his lasagna was too ground up as well. He did however really enjoy the chicken Marsala and said he could eat it daily. Overall, the employees, owner, and atmosphere was five stars alone. The food was 4 but great customer service is hard to come by nowadays so 5 stars it is!

One word… Amazing!!! Found this place on my road trip through Oregon. Their pizza is fresh, has good seasoning and excellent crust. If you haven’t had pizza here yet, why not? I had the Alfredo chicken pizza on Gluten Free crust and my husband had a meat calzone. We both thought the crust used on both dishes tasted excellent.

Wow! Where has this place been hiding? Stopped by today, was going to eat at another neighboring restaurant, but looked at the sign that said Pasta Forno.
We ordered a pasta dish — mine was pene that had a lovely ragu with the most incredible sauce.
My daughter had a pizza which also was lovely, wood fired and tasty beyond words.
We took our order to go, but they still had us wait at a table and even brought us cold water while waiting.
The service was friendly and engaging. We will be back!

Passing by this town, tried this restaurant, for the lure of warmth from the wood fire oven and pizza!!! I tried Ribolitta soup and my folks had the Roma pizza, with were equally Delish! To finish, I tried the tiramisu, which was excellent! Our server was great, too! I would recommend this pizza place highly, too, bad I live in FL!!! Lol

Stunned. Absolutely stunned. Ordered Ciao from Delivered Dish (ex: Pony Express). Expected standard delivery food that provided sustenance but would be unexceptional. Wrong! The Oregon Salad couldn’t have been fresher if it came from my garden. Perfect blend of flavors and crisp, fresh veggies. Ribolitta Soup was the perfect comfort food for a cold wet December night. Added a Diavola Calzone which packed some surprising heat from an awesome Italian sausage. Once again a very good blend of flavors and the size off this calzone will allow for lunch tomorrow. Topped it off with a slice of Tiramisu made with lady fingers like we prefer. New expanded menu is great. Blown away delivery can be that good. I’m a fan.

Thank you for a great lunch today! I had two business come down from Portland and there are fewer nicer restaurants in the Gateway area. Our server was a total professional, food was excellent and atmosphere was perfect. Didn’t realize you made take and bake pizzas, will definitely take advantage of that for dinner soon.

I want to like this place, but they were extremely slow. I actually think our order was forgotten and we were on a time crunch. When it was brought over, 1 persons was completely wrong and the other persons they had forgot to put the Stromboli order in… This place has so much potential, and I like many other aspects, but overall I was disappointed. I think they can do better on simple things like paying attention to customers. They did not offer any kind of discount or comp on the food they forgot. I actually paid with cash and the waitress just assumed the extra was a tip for her and never came back with the cash!
The pricing is also very high for what you receive. I think if the pricing and customer service were better, this would be a great spot.

Let me tell you the pizza is outstanding. Ive eaten pizza in France, Milan Italy and all over the US and let me say that this pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the Carbanaro pizza and its cooked in a brick oven and that right there its what gives it that great flavor and the dough is cooked to perfection. I would most definitely go back. The service was a bit slow but nothing to get mad about. Great place, food and the layout is very nice.

The service here is amazing. We were greeted quickly and checked on several times. We got our order in pretty quick and the staff was very friendly. The food here is some of the best pizza in town. The wait for our plates were not too long, either. I recommend this to anyone who loves pizza and its kin!

I use to love this place
they had the most amazing cheesecake I’d ever had, great pasta and pizza.
up until a year ago this place started going downhill; the services and the food
theres no love or care that goes into it anymore.
i went there a few more times to see if it had gotten any better and it didn’t
I went to have fettuccine, tomato sauce and shrimp; it was way over spiced they had changed the recipe it made me so sad because; I loved the freshness that the original had before… they ruined it and even the cheesecake it isn’t the same, they put in too much crust and it tastes a few days old and bland.
I would find another place to get Italian food

This place tries too hard, and it shows. I think the service was terrible and the ‘snottty’ feeling this place so desperately wants doesn’t work for a place located right across from a porn shop. If they quit trying so hard to be ‘hip and trendy’ and just focused on the food I would rate them higher.
This is a one and done for me, won’t be back.

Very good pizza, lame service. We got seated, and then it took a long time for someone to come offer us a drink. Finally, they did.
Later, we placed a food order. When the food arrived, they did not bring utensils (or even napkin). It was a salad– kind of hard to eat without a fork. After 5 or 6 min of unsuccessfully trying to get the attention of staff (to get a fork), my wife walked to the bar/​kitchen area to ask.
The waitress then walked by my table, and I mentioned it. Rather than apologize or try to solve the problem, she merely said, «oh, she’s getting it». Apparently, customer needs to fend for him/​herself. Pretty lame.
