I absolutely hate love China Wok as well as there service. We usually have the food delivered and we don’t have a complaint. Absolutely marvelous!

The portion sizes are huge, well worth the money! The food was awesome, I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken as usual. It was probably some of the best Ive had. We placed a pick up order, they said 20 minutes and it was done when I got there 25 minutes later. It was hot and ready to go. I believe they deliver, however the location is very close.

The food itself was just what the doctor ordered. Unfortunately, it was just shy of an hour before it was delivered, leaving us to wonder if we’d been forgotten altogether considering we live fewer than four miles away from the restaurant. I’m not saying I’ll never use them again, but if I do, I’ll make sure and order before I get truly hungry.

Had a huge craving for some greasy late night Chinese food. Driving through Springfield on my way to a friends wedding we this was the only place open right off the highway. The food was a bit mediocre and kind of odd tasting… Definitely not what I was craving or expecting. Once I walked in the door however, my expectations had lowered significantly. Everyone behind the counter was a white college student it seemed. As I was perusing the menu, the manager opened the utility closet and out popped a very irritated girl on her cell phone who was loath to take our order and push a couple buttons… Terribly unprofessional. Resisting the urge to lecture her on how lucky she is to have a job in this economy I placed my order for almond chicken and beef broccoli. As I said, mediocre. If you’re in the mood for white-washed Chinese food and there aren’t any other options, this place will fill your stomach for a fairly reasonable price.

My wife love’s this place, and I have no clue why. Sure they have a pretty large menu compared to most places. But I feel they have small portions. Like 4 or 5 pieces of chicken in your general chicken small. There are far better, and worse places. But this isn’t a spot I hit at all, and it’s close.

I would normally reserve my 5th star for something that really«wowed» me, but I have no complaints about China Wok as far as typical American Chinese take-out goes, and I wanted to specifically to say that I’ve been there three times now and all three times I’ve had really great service — the staff have been friendly and helpful and my food has always been ready for me(but still hot) when I arrived to pick it up. I have not used the drive through(usually there’s a very long line), and the sesame chicken is the only thing I’ve ordered so far(because of reading Unilocal reviews). One thing I do love is their crab rangoon; instead of the kind that tastes like it’s dessert, it’s only slightly sweet with more of a green onion flavor, which is the kind of crab rangoon I prefer but don’t find often.

They have pretty good food for Chinese. Chicken lo mein is the best. The curry chicken was interesting. Not really Thai tasting. Like the Chinese version of curry…

Typical Chinese food. Good price for what you get. I would add another star but they have the slowest drive thru ever!

China wok has a very large menu I the standard Anericanized fare. They use a great online ordering system which makes for a quick pick up. The food is hit and miss with more hit than miss. Their portions are generous with lots if meat in their Lo mein dishes.

Food is decent. Price seems high, service is slow, and 3 out of the 4 times I have been there they got the order wrong.

Excellent Chinese restaurant! Great food and clean inside. Strongly recommend the steamed pot stickers as a side!

One of my new favorite Chinese places in town! It’s clean and modern inside. The staff all speak fluent English and can explain the menu. The portions were great for the price and they can deliver. Staff come around to refill drinks. The steam pot stickers rival Kai’s whose are three times the price.

The menu has a nice variety. The food was good, standard Chinese takeout. Better than some but nothing special. I ordered cashew chicken, sweet and sour pork, and wontons. The drive through was very slow. I’d ordered online and went to the drive through after the recommended 15 minutes. With three cars in front of me, it took 19 minutes to get out of there. That’s an average of six minutes per car. Imagine if it was busy and there were five or six cars. The drive through lane is such that once you’re in you can’t get out unless you want to jump a couple curbs. Otherwise I would have just abandoned the drive and gone in. There seemed to be no rush on the part of the staff either. Most of the time I could see two or three of them hanging out in the drive area, and when I got to the window no «sorry about the wait». I guess it was business as usual. I might go back because the food was decent enough, but only if my usual place is closed, and I will NOT use the drive through.
