My wife, 16 year old daughter & myself played pool for 3 hours before going across the street to the concert. Burgers were very good. The hot wings were okay. We all really had a very good time. Good happy hour specials as well.

Best pool house in town, great burgers and sandwiches, a ton of beer on tap and awesome staff. Plus a crap ton of tv’s so you can check out any game!

Nice vibe. But nothing special. Looks of pool tables. Bartenders are snotty. Drinks average price,

Great burgers and cheap tables. This place has a nice atmosphere, a great place to hang with some friends while having a few drinks as well as enjoy a good game of pool.

Wow, this place rocks! We’ve come here a few times to shoot some pool, the staff is always friendly and to-the-point; it’s a bar after all, not a fancy restaurant. The tables are reasonably priced and so are the drinks, especially during happy hour(which is usually when we come). Oddly enough this place shines above for its burgers, they’re some of the best in town. Pretty cheap price for a bar burger if you like it plain, pickles and onions are free, everything else is a la carte. There are a lot of options for toppings. But any way you take it, the burger is grilled to a great crispy outside, juicy inside, and perfectly seasoned. We’ll be returning here for sure, for pool and food.

Pretty good food. Drinks were good too. They carded me like a million times when I had a tab open, that was a bit annoying. Staff could have been more polite. I think Shooters has a more fun atmosphere.

Home of the annual Missouri state 9 ball amateur championship. Good place to bring the family to play if you like. The food is actually some of the best bar food in town. You won’t be disappointed in their cheeseburgers. Happy hour gives you half price apps on several items. If you stop by at lunch, order a meal and a drink, and each player gets an hour of table time free. All the tables are by the hour, no coin tables here.

The bar tenders don’t listen to you. I asked for a blue moon on tap, and they gave me a bottle. Cost me 5 dollars for something I didn’t like. Should have returned it. Then they don’t sell gift card or gift certificates, would be a nice father day gift. Bartenders act to busy for your service. Pool tables were nice

The guy plays a lot of pool. He grew up playing and when we moved to Missouri, we spent some time looking for a place to hang out. This is the place. We show up, usually a couple of times a week and shoot a few games. They’ve got a large number of regulation sized tables, kept in good shape. Unlike many other pool halls, there’s also a ton of available seating, so it’s great if you’ve got a wife more intent on boozing than actually playing. Hypothetically. The place is a bit dated but clean, including the ladies’ room. They’ve got a full bar and give a generous pour. The beer selection is very decent and they occasionally add to it. The happy hour is fab if you can get there before seven. Lottsa TVs if you wanna catch a game. They even had hockey on this season – for this alone I’m a die hard fan. They’ve got a juke box if you wanna subject other patrons to your tunes. On the upside, I once heard NOFX blaring the sounds of my youth. It was a very nice surprise. The employees are all friendly. They seem to even oblige our antisocial tendencies and always let us nab a table in the corner. They are always happy to get you a drink or your food – even when it’s busy. The day crew once put up with 8 of my very picky nearest and dearest and they were so patient! Speaking of which, the food’s awesome and(even better!) cheap. You cannot beat the people watching – especially late Saturday night. Some real characters show up – everybody’s just looking to catch a game, get a drink or shoot some pool. This is where you’ll find us most Friday evenings. We don’t stay too late so as to miss the college crowd. If ya go, remember to tip your bartender well!

This place has greatly improved since I was here last, which was a very long time ago, Now it is clean, well-lit, everyone is friendly, great mix on the juke box, and the food was great!

I’m not really a pool player, but I like to hang out at Billiards when my friends are playing. Not a lot of dining area since it is primarily a pool hall, but they do have the 2nd best burger in Springfield. It’s called the Hustler Club(as in pool hustler). Eat one and wash it down with a cold beer. The blue room is a small meeting space that is available for rentals. Scotty will rent it out to just about anyone(as long as you don’t scare the people there to play pool).

Good service. Friendly people. The burgers are good, but staty away from the nachos(velveeta cheese) and the chili(from a can).

Billiards is a pretty standard bar/pool hall with the exception being its surprisingly good food. The burgers and fried mushrooms are a personal favorite. Another nice thing: the jukebox has a wide selection, so you’ll inevitably see country folk being forced to listen to gangster rap or thug nation types listening to Johnny Cash.

One of the few cool places to hang out in Springfield in that weird phase between 18 and 21. Great juke box, greasy bar food, chill people.

Billiards greets all people for a break in the hectic pace of life. This«hole in the wall» hang out spot is known for its pool tables, but it has so much more to offer. For starters, The Blue Room, an ajoining area to the bar that offers all kinds of local bands in a close, personal setting. Billiards also has a fantastic patty melt and cheese fries, greasy but amazing. Not to mention; over 20 pool tables, a full bar, darts, air hockey, foosball, pinball, video poker, four or so tv’s and a juke box. All this makes Billiards the perfect place for lunch or an evening of 8-ball with friends.
