BC Roosters

I came here last night with a couple of friends around 9:20. We sat down and our waitress was at our table with-​in 2 minutes to greet us and get us drinks. She was a nice woman but never officially introduced her name. I feel like it’s not my responsibility to ask. All 4 of us (myself and my friends) ordered boneless wings. First off, it took our food 40 minutes to come out. I don’t know whether that was the kitchen or our waitress. When the food came out I was underwhelmed. My wings were frankly dry and gross. It didn’t look like there was sauce on it but I could taste it. I bit into my wing and I could tell its low quality meat. I still tipped my waitress well because I’ve worked at a restaurant before. I don’t know how else to ward people off from this place. This is my first bad review ever. I hate writing them. But it needed to be said.

The only food we enjoyed was the nachos, my hubby had the wings with buffalo garlic they were soaked in butter u could not taste the buffalo sauce. I had regular wings no sauce very bland food. Will not be back.

Horrible service. I went in before going to a movie. My friend and I arrived at 5:30 before a 7:00pm show at the movie theatre next door. We did not get our drinks until 6:10 and the server ignored us up until then. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich at 6:20 but the food didn’t show up at our table until 7:45. The server hid from us as I wanted to cancel my order so I could get to the movie. We were overcharged on our pitchers both being charged as 14 dollar angry orchard as one was a domestic beer. When confronted the server said that she didn’t think the price was different but would check for «good measure». My onion petals came out after I finished my sandwich. Disappointed.

There chicken wings are great and always cooked just right. The blue cheese is the best I’ve found and I really go there just for that if I’m being honest. Of course I like to dip the wings (hot garlic off the menu) in the blue cheese sauce. I also love the all white meat breast they use for boneless chicken strips. A great place to watch the game and great happy hour specials.

I’ve been eating here for the past 4 years 2 – 3 times a year, while staying at a hotel on the same block. Alway thought Roosters was a nice close by treat. I saw some poor reviews & was discouraged. I went to see for myself around 6:00 P.M. Monday. The place was buzzing & folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I ordered a beer & BBQ wings. It was 59 cent wing night. The wings were good size & cooked just right. My beer was cold. You couldn’t ask for much more. My waitress did appear to be stretched thin at times because the place was really busy. I’m glad to say my recent experience with Roosters was very good. The food quality was as good as I remembered. Can’t wait go back. I asked my desk clerk about the negative reviews. He said he thought that there may be some bad blood between them and another close by sports bar that recently closed its doors. That’s unfortunate. Roosters is cranking out good food and cold beer!

We went there after my nephew’s basketball game to have some wings, and for the adults, beer. The food was pretty good. I had their wings before a couple years ago and they are better than I remembered. They are large wings and had some good sauces, juicy, not dry. They were swamped but the staff seemed to keep a level head. Everyone looked to have a good time. The food came out a little delayed which understandable. The food was still hot and very good. Found out there is new management there to help get this place more organized and efficient. The food is already good, can’t wait to see what happens with the new management!!!

Roosters is one of my go to places to start a Friday night! The long islands are the best and they will definitely catch up to you. The happy hour prices for drinks are great. The service is always good. It can get extremely packed if you decide to come around 6 – 7, especially on game night. Always a great time with friends. I’ve tried many different things on the menu, just typical bad food. But it seems like this store especially has a very local feel. I love it!

Very dissapointed. My boneless chicken wings were dry and hard. My son’s cheese pizza was terrible. Tasted like an overcooked microwave pizza with too little sauce.

My husband thinks this place has the best chicken wings in the Greater Cincinnati area. I’m not a wings person so I’ll have to take his word for it. Other than that it is a fairly typical sports bar with a ridiculously large menu. Large menus usually make me nervous because there’s always those few things they don’t make a lot or very well and somehow I end up ordering them. Well, I’ve tried many different things and haven’t been disappointed. Above average, not amazing but never bad. Whenever we’re in the Fairfield/​Tri-​County area, we somehow always end up here for lunch and I’m happy because my husband is in heaven.

Not well managed, kitchen blew up, 1 hr wait for wings, what ???

Went there with one of my friends we enjoyed it live environment very good wings Great waiters ice cold beer looking forward to going again yes only reason I’m not giving it five stars parking could be better I’m just saying

This place was a joke. The one waitress/​bar maid was so busy everyone received bad service. It was unbelievably tacky with the décor. The wings were good but not anything I couldn’t get anywhere else. The over all feel of the restaurant was dorm room meets frat bar

Excellent wings and the dumpster fries went perfect with a cold Blue Moon! Service-​spot on and very clean. Stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to come with friends and enjoy a good time. I really liked the wings here! They were very good! Lots of TVs with sports constantly playing. The waiters are excellent especially the waitress Alex she’s very friendly and energetic!

Best wings in the Cincinnati area. The wings are big and meaty compared to the competitors. Would have given 5 stars for the Springdale location but the service is inconsistent based on who your server is. Lots of big screens to watch your sports.

Ok let me make something clear, Roosters is OUT OF THE WAY from where I live. Yet in the snow I drove all the way there and got 20 Carolina Gold wings and it was beyond worth it. The sauce is sweet, a tad spicy, vinegary, and thick! The wings are HUGE, 20 wings was about the size of 5 baskets of wings at other places (buffalo wild wings)! The service was very nice and they had basketball on despite the Nascar and golf being on.
That was a life saver.
The server also made a creative arnold palmer with pink lemonade and ice tea! Kudos to her for stepping up and being creative on the fly!
The wings were fried and sauced perfectly, nice and crispy, juicy, without being greasy! This place is the real deal, just wish there was one in Cincy city limits!

20 wings for $ 17?!? What a deal! But then again, you get what you pay for.
I got 20 mild wings and they were okay at best. They barely had any sauce on them and they were soggy. The bottom of my tray was filled with oil and grease. If they weren’t so big and cheap, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Dumpster fries were okay. Kinda soggy.
I got to go so maybe it will be better if I eat in next time.

I got some good hype about this place from friends for a while and did not get around to trying it until a few months ago. and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by their wings! Instead of having 50+ different sauces, they have 5 – 6 that you can mix together or have alone. The wings themselves were bigger than you would get at B-Dub’s and they had a nice, light crispiness to them that did not get soggy despite the sauce. The environment is your usual, loud sports bar with your usual beer selection. which was mehh. But the wings were definitely good enough to get me to come back.

Great wings and if any sport is on tv they offer 10 wings & a pitcher of beer for $ 10.99. Great place to watch a game.
