Narrow drivethru lanes. If I wasnt driving a pickup I would have damaged my wheels. Drivethru cashier Kassie is awesome. Food is great.

They always, always seem to get my order wrong. Whether it’s missing fries or putting mustard on my burger when I said no mustard. The employees are nice though and the place seems pretty clean.

Its Whataburger. Just A-​OK. The only reason I’m bothering reviewing it, is because the staff was SUPER Friendly! Just wanted to show my appreciation for that. Since I know most of the workers don’t make that much, its nice to get friendly positive service still.
FYI Im not a fan of the burgers. if you aren’t either, try the Chicken tender sandwich. I love it!

This whaterburger is directly across the street from my neighborhood which is nice. Alothough, most of the time I will go to the one on the freeway for a couple reasons. The coke is absolutely horrible, it always taste flat or just straight carbonation. It doesn’t matter how much you complain they won’t do anything about it, and there ice sucks. Also, there service is horrible inside and drive through. On average it takes about 15 – 20 min to get your food even when there slow.

This is a great place. The staff is always friendly, no matter the time of day. The French fruits are rivaled only by McDonald’s, and are often better! The burgers are big and usually very fresh, so are the chicken sandwiches. I tend to make a drive-​thru visit before going to the grocery store (HEB) in the same parking lot.

I had never experienced this burger joint before and now I understand where they got the name, because what a burger I received! IT was inexpensive, the burger was huge and came with fries as well. Only had to wait about 5 minutes to get the burger but was very satisfied with the product.

This is a brand new, clean whataburger, but every time I’ve been here regardless if its the drive thru or sitting inside they take forever to get your food order. The service is distinctly lacking in care and attention, yet the food is still good to go.

If you want a fast-​food burger, Whataburger has to rank on top. Plus, there is no fuss in making it exactly how YOU like it, be it if you want everything, or to omit certain things, or want extra whatever…
Their fries & onion rings are always hot and fresh. I loooove their spicy ketchup too.
The restaurants are always clean, the staff is always friendly. They also walk around with a little try asking if you need any condiments or napkins or anything. That’s what I call customer service! I practically have to beg for ketchup at other fast food places.
I only wish they would offer some of the «local specialty» burgers at all locations. Like I would love to try their green chile burger, but I don’t live in NM…
