Vintage Car Wash And Lube Center

Terribly slow. Don’t know what the problem is, they seem to have enough employees, but they are horribly slow. You would think they were doing a thorough job to take that long but not the case. I was there for 1 ½ hours and had to leave before they were through with my car so some of what I paid for wasn’t completed. But what was done wasn’t done well so I don’t think it would have been much better. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go somewhere else. They don’t seem to care if you’re happy or not.

Awful customer experience & I will not return again! Today, I came here for an oil change ($ 35 value), which came with a free carwash. I upgraded it to the Ultimate Wash (a $ 27.99 value), which included an exterior and interior cleaning plus vacuuming. I thought this would be a perfect chance to clean my car of dog hair inside.
It was a busy Friday. The most positive thing I can say is that the oil change was quick, but the wait for the wash took over 40 minutes. Like another Unilocaler said, the employees were not in any immediate rush to finish as quickly as possible.
After I left, I immediately turned back around because of a huge scratch on my driver side window tint. I met with Elmer, the manager, and showed him the scratch. He examined it and DENIED that it happened from anyone from the carwash. He said that he didn’t see my window before it was cleaned.
(I’m not the type of person to lie to get free stuff out of a business. I manage a business too, I would not treat another business like that. I wanted someone to fix my problem or send me to the person who can.)
I am completely honest when I say that this scratch was not there previous to my visit. I would have noticed it. I told the manager that I had an oil change, someone vacuumed it, and someone wiped down the car after the wash so at least 3 people had entered my car. The manager said that nobody in the front is allowed to wear jewelry so it couldn’t have been them. I told him I don’t care who did it. You need to fix it. He took a wet rag wiped it down, and pointed out other scratches and blamed my seatbelt clip and asked if I had a dog? He was blaming my dog! Yes, I have a dog because there is dog hair in my car, but he is large and handicapped. He can’t possibly fit in my front seats and scratch the window. Yes there are a few completely different looking small scratches, but I was pointing at the big scratch on the window that looks like a side to side movement.
What kind of manager interrogates their customers like that? He said the only thing he can do was give me a voucher for a free car wash or, reluctantly, he said he can’t possibly replace the tint without approval from corporate, and said he’d have to take pictures and send it in and I’d hear from them. I wanted an immediate solution because I didn’t want to stay there any longer. He gave me a voucher and said if I don’t want to use it then I could give it away to someone else. Btw they did not even vacuum any dog hair in my car at all! It’s too bad that I can’t give zero stars.

Some of the worst customer service in the business. They over charged for parts and showed complete lack of respect for my property. Everyone makes mistakes and things get broken but don’t lie about it and try to cover it up and have an attitude when confronted. I shouldn’t be surprised; what do you expect when your manager acts like a teenager. Feel free to continue using them if you don’t mind over paying and getting mediocre service with really bad customer service.

The only reason they got one star is because zero was not an option. My husband and I have been here many times and the job was acceptable most of the time but we kept going back due to convenience. The last time we took the truck in we had the oil change with the free wash. During the oil change the maintenance tech asked if we wanted the cabin air filter replaced. We said sure since we know it is not a high dollar item. Think again; they up charged the filter 500%. In addition when removing the antennae for the wash they broke the antennae mount and then hid the antennae under the front carpet. When we called to complain they tried to tell me the mount was already broken and the antennae was placed in the front seat for us to see. The manager also said they do not mark up parts very much at all. I asked him if a $ 49.99 charge for a $ 10 part was excessive and he told me I was wrong; cabin air filters are more than $ 10.00. Do not break my truck, over charge me and then tell me I am wrong. We will never be patronizing this establishment again. Hopefully others will think twice as well.

They do not clean your car thoroughly. For a $ 30 car wash I expect my entire car to be vacuumed not just the drivers side. Also, they barley wipe down the interior. I basically had to redo the wash myself. I would not go back

I went for a wash and oil change in my company truck. Service on lube side was awesome, but not so much on the wash side. I did not get a free wash with my service (as the advertisements state) because my truck is a dually. Not only did I not get the free wash, but I was upcharged $ 10 because it is «oversized», along with another $ 15 because it had to be handwashed. I attempted to reason with the manager, but it was lost on him. I was apparently given a ‘discount’ on the hand wash, but not so much as an apology for the false advertisement or lack of communication. I was taken advantage of here because my truck was larger than average. I won’t be back. s

I love this car wash they are friendly and do a great job on cleaning my car. I also get my oil changes here and the guys who change it are super sweet. The definitely do not try to up-​sell
