I’ve frequented Track Shack many times over the years. I would not consider myself a regular, but I always feel welcomed when I enter. My two favorites are the Steak and burgers. The Steak is served Wednesday night — a great rib eye, w/​baked potato (with all the fix’ins) and salad bar. The burgers are nice big patties with just about any add on item you’d like. I’ve not been recently on Friday nights, but they used to have some of the best ribs in town. While the hours are a little short, you will not be disappointed.

I have eaten here 4 times, and everything I have ordered has been good. I am not a regular, but it beats the other crap holes in and around this neighborhood. Kitchen hours are a little short. Friendly staff.

If people only knew about this place! One of the best burgers in town! Drive straight through Old Town Spring and make a right, and you’ll spot this shack on your right about a ½ mile down the road/​tracks. You order food outside and you get your drinks inside– plenty of beer here. I love to sit outside on a bench and eat those mammoth burgers– that are cheap!-meaning reasonably priced– $ 5−6ish. They also have daily specials, one being a rack of ribs on Fridays that they smoke in a huge smoker. Great place to relax and enjoy that burger!
