Place is completely empty but they can’t do oil changes. Probably the reason they’re don’t have customers.

My daughter drove from Michigan and her car was a mess. I stopped in here and was just thrilled with the results! As a local hairstylist, I can really appreciate the struggles of being a small business owner. Give them your support. They will do a wonderful job and you will be very happy.

Pulled up, walked in and found the guy in charge. There was only one car ahead of me, but didn’t take long. Once the ladies in the front where done drying the car they came and vacuumed mine. The actually washing was pretty fast, big wool sponges which just sit in a big bucket. Goes through a quick dryer before the ladies start hand drying. This is where issues occurred, the ladies noticed how dirty the car still was and asked the guy to give it another wash. No one was behind me so I didn’t see why not. The guy told them no so they had to grab a sponge and try to clean all the dirty on the bottom. She did the best she could but it was still really dirty. I paid $ 26 for my car to look semi-clean. Despite the ladies doing an amazing job drying and trying to clean up the dirty the guy left, I will not return to this place due to the laziness of the guy in the washing(most important) part.

Here is Spring Auto Spa’s Web page: I paid for these packages: Silver Package + Express Dash, Doors, and Console: $ 49.95, which includes tax! I paid $ 10 extra because I have a large vehicle, a Honda Odyssey. Total: $ 59.95, which I was happy to pay! While driving past the shop on Rayford Road I saw the sign that announces new ownership, so I came home and read the Unilocal reviews. Both of them were written before the new owner took control of the business, so I called and spoke with Sam, the owner. He assured me the prices shown on the Web page are accurate and inclusive — no surprises in service or fees. So, I had my car detailed inside and washed. The only negative were a few, very small pieces of lint(?) the vacuuming missed in the rear seat-storage well, and a little dirt they missed in the corners of the wheel spokes. When I mentioned these items, the staff quickly took care of them. The treatment they gave the dash, doors, and console really shine! The interior is clean and neat. The wait time was zero — I drove in and they took my order and began working on my car right away. The time to complete the job was about 50 min., which is less time than it would have taken me to get these results. It is also the time they told me it would take when I called on the phone. The waiting room is well equipped, very large, and home style with several couches, tables & chairs, TV, vending machines, plants, like a living room almost. Ron and others worked on my 2005 Honda Odyssey, which didn’t look this good the day I bought it a year ago from a Honda dealer! The price is right, the service is fast and friendly, and the job is done right! Keep up the good work! I will be back!

Car wash is pretty good but waiting time is not acceptable. 4 stars for the detailing and 0 for the waiting period!

The waiting room was great. Not sure how the car wash was because we waited for over an hour before just getting fed up and leaving. No one spoke with us; we weren’t sure who was an employee; and overall the customer service experience was lack luster. Pricing was reasonable for what that we’re providing but I’ll never know the quality because the wait was simply too long.

Definitely will NOT be coming back. My first experience here was wonderful, my second was not. They’ve changed the name to Spring Auto Spa since my first visit and have new ownership. I waited over an hour for my Toyota tundra to be washed and there weren’t many other cars there. After it was finally returned I noticed all of the change from my cup holder was gone, it was only a couple dollars worth but the fact that they took it is ridiculous. As well as the change there was $ 5 missing from inside the center console, where they had no need to be anyways. Whether it was $ 5 or $ 100 it’s the point of the matter, things shouldn’t be missing from your vehicle! If you take your car here make sure you take everything out or it may not be returned!
