Horrible customer service!
We stopped there one night for a late night ice cream craving, decided we would go sit at the tables, pushed the button 2x and no one answered, asked a guy emptying trash cans BARE handed dumping trash all over the ground, to get someone inside to assist us, he did so the 5 employees inside all turned around and looked at us then went back to work, pushed the button AGAIN and someone answered with attitude and she said «what can I get for you?» My response was «the manager» I could see inside perfectly fine, when the manager was notified she was needed outside she rolled her eyes and took her time coming outside… I just simply stated we don’t need your service anymore. We will NOT be coming back!

This is without a doubt, the worst sonic drive in… ever! Minus 5 stars!!! Avoid at all costs! There are better sonics than this!

I have had bad experiences at this location before but today a co-​worker gave me a gift card for sonic so I decided to give it one mor chance. After placing my order it came to $ 11.45 I swiped the $ 10 gift card which left a balance of $ 1.45 which I gave the Hop $ 3.45 2 for tip. He started to walk off but then said I owed 11.45. I told him I wiped the gift card etc etc. he went in to talk to the manager. A few minutes later came back and said there is nothing on the card and that he was told to get my food and bring it back in. I told him I wanted to speak with the manager. She then comes back out says the same thing there is nothing on the card I told her of course there isn’t I just swiped it on their machine. She then says let me go see what’s going on. She then sends the hop back out with my food and tells me to have a good day and walks off. Now this all the same food in the same bag and now everything is cold. This is the worst service I have ever had and to be treated like that is uncalled for. I will never go back to this sonic again.

This location is by far the worst sonic I have visited. They are severely understaffed, rude, and the quality of food and ice cream are downright horrible. I ordered a sonic Oreo blast and the cookie bites looked like they had been taken out the garbage and the ice cream was very old. On top of that I ordered a large and they brought out a blast that was filled half way with no whip cream or anything. The car hops are rude and the management team is very unprofessional and need to be replaced. This sonic could make a lot more money if it was ran correctly especially where they are located right beside Spring High School off of I-​45. I will not be returning to this location because they took more than 20 minutes to bring my Oreo blast out that was old and nasty.

My family and I don’t eat fast food much, but when we do we enjoy going to sonic. They have a great drink choice and the burgers are delicious. With that being said, this location has ruined that for us. Very slow service and when they take your order they sound like you are interfering with their day! By the time we got our food 15 minutes had passed and 2 burgers were cold. So sad. Not coming back here.

If i could give zero stars i would. This has to be the worst sonic in all of America. All i waned was a drink and it took 15 minutes. The owner, managers and employees should be ashamed.

I like sonic, but this sonic is horrible. I’ve tried at least a handful of times since October to eat here and every time the workers are rude from the get go for no reason and they make you wait forever. It’s usually always dead anyway except for high schoolers during the day, and now I know why.

I’ve never gotten good service here and the food usually seems undercooked, its just whats close or convenient. They bring you the wrong order and lie about it. Went here today around noon after the other sonic on aldine was being difficult. whats happening to sonic?

4÷9÷2016 UPDATE. Screw you guys. Hire some decent people to staff your store, not 4^th ward prison paroles. This place is ghetto as hell now. Talk about a falling from grace. It used to be nice, fast, good. Now it’s just flat out ghetto fabulous.
Orders are never right. Not like they missed a fry, like they missed the whole order and we got someone elses stuff. When you go back to get it corrected they all stare and sneer at you through the glass like you’re trying to pull a fast one.
One lady was scratching and smacking her big ass wad of hair over the food! What ever happened to hair nets around food? Burger buns are burned and taste bitter.
I ordered a cherry limeade and it was pink sprite pretty much. I asked for more cherry syrup and the lady laughed and told me I’d have to pay more «.cuz that’s how it be. You wants mo you gone pay more.» ??? What a freaking joke. You lost my business.
