I can’t say I agree with the previous reviews. Although I did have my reservations… From my vantage point it was a pleasant experience. Even on a busy 2 days before Christmas… I was greeted promptly at the door and within 3 minutes I was assisted by a gem of a salesman named William… he goes above and beyond service norms to provide the ultimate customer experience. If William is any indicator then management is on the right track. Keep up the good work.

I should have read the reviews before going to this place! They are awful and give false information I was not given any information about the trade in or new contract There is no return policy on anything? How does that make sense? Once you buy any product from them your stuck with it even if it doesn’t work right after you walk out of the store… I bought 2 I Phone plus and screen protectors(bodyguardz) and back covers for both and another screen protector for my I pad after the representative told me it has free lifetime warranty and was super easy to replace and added how most likely there will be no need for a replacement because it doesn’t break and went on and on about the«hammer» test … Well it broke and very easily Next time I will go to apple or bust buy

Avoid this location at all costs!!! I went in there yesterday to get a new iPhone 6 with my new 2 year agreement. You know, the usual. They refused to sell me the iPhone at the 2-year agreement price of $ 299 unless I agreed to buy a case, car charger, and many more accessories because they say that they don’t make enough profit selling the phones at that price. They told me I would have to go across the street to Best Buy to get the phone at the listed price without accessories, because according to them, all AT&T stores are no longer selling phones for the PRICETHEYADVERTISE as the 2-year agreement price. Not believing their BS story, I went to the AT&T store on Sawdust and got my iPhone with no hassle, and learned that their story was in fact BS. This location doesn’t abide by the standards of AT&T and chooses to try to nickle and dime everybody by forcing them to buy accessories. What a joke!
