Sole Natural

I did not enjoy my experience. The place is small, the robes they offer are literally those blue thin hospital robes, the sandals are plastic re-​used sandals (not very hygenic) and the locker/​changing area is behind a curtain in the main room (no privacy at all). My massage was way to rough I felt that the masseuse was wrestling with me. I picked a package where I was supposed to have the option between 2 types of massage. Nobody asked me what kind I wanted, she just went straight to the massage of her selection. There is no communication before or after the massage. After the massage was done they just left the room without any indication of what to do next or if we were done. Definetely will not go back. They only get 2 stars because the owner is nice.

I’m not sure what happened to this place, but Saturday wasn’t a good experience. The receptionist called me 45 minutes before my appointment I thought to confirm. Instead she asked if I would be able to reschedule my noon appointment to 1. I told them I’d need to check because I had previous plans that day. Then the receptionist asked me what exactly I needed done. I said I needed a focus on my back and she then proceeded to tell me I should get the full body massage. I then told her kindly I picked the Sole Natural package for a reason and that I would call back when I knew if I could reschedule to 1. When I called back to decline, they told me I could still do the noon appointment, but by that time I was a bit turned off and confused for the whole point of the first phone call. I used to like this place, but this incident really turned me off.

I consider myself as one of this business’s first customers. I have tried other massage therapy establishments in and around the area. Many are very, very good, but Sole Natural gets a Five Star Rating Plus! This business has thought of everything from soothing music, to comfortable chairs for foot massages and warmed theraputic therapy tables. When you walk to your assigned room, you often hear birds singing or see stars sparkling on the ceiling. But what most sparkles is the personnel. WOW, WOW, WOW!!!
At the core are three young, attractive, courteous and exceptionally well-​trained therapists and one young man. It is impossible to get a bad massage here — at least I have never had one. For a Thai-​type massage (yoga stretching) please ask for Nikki. She is very good at getting the kinks out of muscles and making you feel totally relaxed. She is relatively new to the business. The next is Christine. She is exceptional at detoxing your joints and muscles, and again you will feel relaxed. She works only a few days a week, so it is better to call and make an appointment with her. Christine is very concerned with using just the right amount of pressure, and as a matter of fact, so is Nikki. Elaine has been the manager for Sole Natural since its opening. She has been a certified therapist for over 10 years. Besides that she holds a certificate for Myofascial Release therapy from John F. Barnes, a highly respected teacher and practitioner. She was also trained and certified as a therapist for Lymphatic Drainage and Lypossage. If you need more information on these disciplines please Google them for a full understanding. Elaine was also trained in Prenatal and Postnatal massage, Post Event Sports Massage and specializes in Qigong Massage. Elaine is known for her perky personality and a continuous smile. The male therapist is Daniel. I have heard customers exclaim at his knowledgeable approach to massage therapy. You may also find Dan filling in at the front desk from time to time, but don’t think he is just a receptionist — he is way more than that. Overall, these folks are a great team who respect one another and enjoy each others’ company, which I think gives you a pretty good idea that you are dealing with a quality group of therapists. You will not be disappointed!

Went for a couple massage today and it was absolutely amazing. The masseuses are very friendly and kind. They make you feel very welcome and accommodate to what you would like. The atmosphere is very relaxing and they use a lot of aromatherapy. They also utilize a variety of techniques in their massaging and take their time. We have been to quite a few massage places, but this one by far has been the best. The ambiance in every part of the place is relaxing. We were definitely able to relax and unwind. Looking forward to coming back again!

I went there with my in laws. They said they had a great massage! And of course I enjoyed mine too! Keep it up sole natural, you are doing a great job!

Just returned from an **amazing** massage!!! Eileen is worth every. single. penny and then some!!! She has a gift for knowing exactly where knots are and gets to them. Extremely professional and caring. The front office staff was efficient and extremely polite! No clue what other people are complaining about below. It’s an odd place and easy to miss as it’s on a corner. Make the time to stop by. You won’t regret it!!!
Edit: Okay… sure…you could go to those dime a dozen, pop up «massage» places and get a foot soak\sorta rub and a shoulder rub for $ 25…or you can go to someone near you who actually knows what she’s doing (and really loves what she does). It’s really worth it to give folks like Eileen the business instead of those fly by night «foot rub» places.

I have been going to Sole Natural for about a year. Lately I have experienced very poor customer service. Their front office and scheduling staff are a mess. I am still waiting on a call back to schedule something and it has been over a week now. I have called left 3 messages so far. What a disappointment.

This was probably one of the best foot massages I have ever gotten and so conveniently close to home! We usually have to drive all the way across town to Chinatown to get a good foot massage but now we won’t have to make that trek.
Walking into the spa we were pleasantly greeted with a sweet essential oil coming out of a vapor and by Elaine (who I think is the owner). She is so sweet and took the time to explain the different services they offer. She then led us to the backroom where there are four seats on each side and flat screens above each area. What I like about this place is that they have a door separating the massage room from the reception area so you aren’t disturbed by people coming in.
The therapists are considerate of their clients — they speak in barely audible voices to one another if necessary. They also offer sleeping masks to completely eliminate any light and a set of headphones to enjoy your own soundscape. My therapist, James, is really good! I don’t like firm massages and when I asked him to apply medium pressure, he actually listened and would ask from time to time if the pressure was okay, unlike other therapists.
We will be back for sure!

My friends and I just went here and it was amazing!!! I love it. The lady who massaged me (sadly forgot her name, but she is always there. I think she is the owner), anyway, I had a whole body massage and she was so gentle yet hit all the spots that were sore on my body. This place has great customers service and super attentive. I love it here so much. My togo spot to go to from now on. Yes it is a bit pricey but it is definitely worth it. The music and the whole environment were all so relaxing. To be honest, I fell asleeo because that was how good she was :)

My sister-​in-​law and I visited today for a «sole natural» session, which was foot reflexology and a modified massage. The spa is clean and relaxing. Nice music playing. Sunny and Eileen, who gave us massages, were friendly and capable. While Eileen (the co-​owner) is fabulous, her partner, John, is not. He is not a licensed masseuse, and yet offers to give massages (which we refused). My sister-​in-​law had received a massage from him a few months ago, and he gave a terrible massage. I heard him say he was not licensed when a health inspector came in after my massage. Is this really a reputable place if the owner offers and gives massages, but is not licensed? Beware!

We have a wonderful experience here. It was so worth it. Definitely will return. Very clean n well decorated.

Last Saturday my wife and I came here. This was my 3^rd or 4^th time. As usual I was more than happy and my wife loved it also. The ambiance and staff are beyond compare and I’ve been seeing massage therapists for close to 25yrs. They’ve upped their game… not only do they offer water or tea, we were also offered wine and cheese/​crackers. It was a wonderful red wine and the cheese was Chipotle – i think brie-​with a strawberry jam that married well with the spice. It doesn’t matter who you get the massage from, they are all wonderful. I can’t recommend them more.

My mom and I came in today for foot massages and we LOVED it! The spa is very clean, and well run. The staff was super friendly and so kind. We were offered wine, beer, hot tea, or water to start.
The room where the massage is done was incredible– comfy chairs, tvs for each chair (set on a music station but we were offered the opportunity to watch Netflix, tv, use the Internet…). We both opted for the headphones with music– incredible music playing! Lights were turned down low, water running gently in the background, and LED candles set the mood.
My masseuse used great pressure, checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay, and took care of me! She did my feet, my legs, my arms, my head, and my shoulders– all under the «foot massage» package! Afterwards, we were invited to stay and relax as long as we wanted!
They offer great pricing (and an even lower priced foot massage option to come!), membership options, and excellent service!
We will be back again very soon!!! :)

Absolute BEST massage in Spring area. Hot towels, hot tea, best staff, VERY VERY CLEAN. FRESH smalling place, absolutelute spotless. I will be back. Lilliana is an awesome therapist, very attentive, asks questions to he sure she is meeting all your needs.

I stopped by on a whim, I really needed a massage. I ended up getting a foot and body massage, it was brilliant. The staff was incredibly nice. As an added bonus each chair/​table has it’s own tv with really nice headphones so you can just relax. Love this place. I have recommended it everyone I know.

I am incredibly picky about massages. I have some back issues and I find most run of the mill massage salons do more harm than good, but I was really desperate and this place had great reviews. I am SO glad I gave them a shot.
Daniel was my massage therapist, and he was amazing. I got a full body massage. He didn’t just go through the motions, he actually targeted problem areas and used technique rather than brute force to work them out. He checked in with me often enough to be considerate but not so much it was annoying.
It is so hard to find a decent massage therapist that I would have returned on that alone, but the rest of the staff was super friendly also and the ambiance was perfectly relaxing. Everything was clean, smelled earthy like a spa should, and it was quiet with low level music. I love this place, and my only complaint is that I live too far away to go as often as I would like.

Sole Natural is fabulous! I don’t get massages often, but I may start getting them more often. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The place itself is beautifully decorated and the foot spa area is very relaxing with big chairs that can be laid all the way down. The massage rooms are comfortable. Great experience.
