This place shorts you on the refills. I don’t print a lot, maybe 100 pages a year, but I know when I print a few recipes in a month its less than 15 pages, and I’m out of ink again? You should get at least 200 pages per cartridge, if not. Something is wrong. You don’t save anything by shopping here because they Gyp you. It’s actually its more expensive than buying ink from Wal-Mart. Back to what I used to do and not support this business. Typically a new quality printer runs between $ 50 — $ 80, refills from the store are about $ 60+ for all the colors. I just buy a new printer when the Ink runs out now, because the printers are so cheap. I will sell the off the used printers at my yard sales or give them to Salvation Army If you buy a Laser printer, they are a little more expensive but you get about 10,000 copies per Toner cartridge.

One star because the help speaks English, otherwise don’t bother wasting your money. Girl who works the front and answered the phone knows nothing and has to have«manager»(franchise owner) make the decisions. Does not know company policy and after calling within a few minutes of getting refill home and having printer reject it… suddenly the only decision maker is not there. Looks slick on the outside and on web but inside just another hole.
