Many places haven’t mastered what canes already does… Non greasy food! Their chicken is so good and feels a lot healthier than other options out there! My kids especially love the secret canes sauce and Cole slaw! Thanks for yummy chicken fingers finally!

First off, the chicken was SOOO hot we had to wait 10 minutes for it to cool down before we could eat it. By then, the toast and fries were cold. I went up to get a to-go box and the manager lady was blowing her nose on the way up to the counter, then proceeded to get me a to go box without washing her hands. No thank you. Gross.

Wow, we used to be some serious Raising Cane’s fans. We have 344 visits on our Caniac card. We tried eating here twice over the last few weeks. The quality has majorly gone down hill. As I sit here, I count 12 dirty tables with no staff attempting to clean them. It’s not busy, so it’s a little frustrating to come into a mostly empty restaurant and have my choice of dirty tables and floors. It’s also frustrating that they are out of ketchup. What kind of a restaurant that only has chicken and fries runs out of ketchup? These guys have a lot of turnover so that may be the issue. Many of the managers that used to be there(when things were good) have left and gone onto other things. I want to like Cane’s again. I will pop in again too see if they’ve gotten better. For now, they aren’t at the top of my list like they once were.

We love Cane’s, but this location is very slow. On average, we wait 10 – 15 minutes for our order. Just now, a group ahead of us received their order before us. That added another 10 minutes to the wait.

I’m only giving this joint 2 stars to be nice. When I first tried RC when they first opened in Houston over ten years ago I was not the least impressed. I figured a place dedicated the nothing but chicken strips had to be outstanding but no, they aren’t. I tried about eight mo. ago and wow, still the same, tired, overpriced chicken. Do yourself a favor and go to a good sports bar where you might pay the same but can at least get a friendly waitress, some entertainment and chicken with some flavor.

I think Cane’s is one of those it’s either you hate or you love it kinda fast food. Not a lot of people enjoy their food. However, I do! At first, I was really intrigued with their menu. It’s legitimately just chicken strips with different combos. For some reason, I really love that because it’s very straight to the point and you know what you’re going for. I also love their bread, their fries, and their sauce, ugh I’m salivating just thinking about it. I can’t say much about the service because I don’t remember ever having a bad experience and I’m too distracted with my food to notice.

It’s good fast food chix. Frenchys down the road is better but not drive thru. Tea is good. Cheaper than frenchys overall. I go every once in awhile

This place has some issues. And I’m a caniac maniac. They were out of buns for the sandwich(!!!), the Dr. Pepper was out, and when I told the counter person she was like, «oh.» I then got my order and asked for a little extra sauce on the side. That same employee said that would be an extra 38 cents. My jaw dropped over that. No buns, no drink, and I’m getting up charged for not even an ounce of extra sauce. Ummmm, NOTHANKS. If you are in The Woodlands area, stick to the location on Research Forest. I have never had a bad experience there and the employees are much nicer. I won’t be back here.

All my previous visits here have been great until today. Firstly, all the tables were filthy. I saw at least 4 people sitting around«chatting». But mostly, we arrived at 5:06 and its 5:31 and I’ve yet to receive my order. Unacceptable

So, why can’t most places be like this franchise? Regardless of which one I visit their food is always fresh and delicious! The sauce is amazing and I love their sweet tea. They did accidentally served me lemonade this visit which I was like seriously? But after that incident I got hooked to their Lemonade! I am so glad they accidentally served me lemonade, best mistake better! Not to mention their service is always great and staff members look and sound like they are actually quite excited to be at work!

Food is great! The only complaint that I have is that the employee was sweeping the floor while their customers were enjoying their meals. HELLO, the dust was flying everywhere.

Love the new location! I’m so happy to have a Raising Cane’s closer to home. Inside is spacious and very clean. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. And the Cane’s sauce, yum! I actually prefer to dip my fries in it instead of ketchup. The lemonade is very good, but I wish it came with free refills.

The chicken fingers and sauce are pretty good, but this new fast food restaurant needs to get their act together on the important little things. I ordered the box combo — chicken fingers, fries and a 21 oz drink(actually 2 of them). The fries were sooooo salty you couldn’t eat them, since I got them at the drive through I had to drive back and they made me some fresh low salt fries — would have been 2 stars if they had refused — but really guys, get it right first time! And the 21 oz drink — actually more like 6 oz drink and the rest ice — could barely push the straw in the cup, so much ice. Disappointing.
