Came in at 9:20, 40 minutes before they closed and the girls working there had a horrible attitude. They didn’t have any bread we wanted and it smelled like straight up vomit in there. When you walk in, the employees mean mug you and don’t even greet you. I would’ve spent a lot of money there but other than the fact that it smells like vomit, maybe the management needs to train their employees on customer service. They also said on the phone that they wouldn’t help us after 9:55 even though they close at 10 with the worst attitude. Going to a different subway.

I have lived here for over six years and there has been a revolving staff that seems to get worse with every round. Every time we see there are new people we go in to see if the service is any better, but it is always the same story. Generally, there has always been about one person that works there who is actually nice and good to deal with, outside of that it is always people in a bad mood who barely talk and look at you, and anytime you ask for anything they act like it is a huge chore. I have had times where I have seen they are out of something, asked them if they have anymore, and without looking one of them will say no, we don’t have those. I’ll ask if they are sure and they will say ya, we don’t have any of those, we are out. Then someone else will go look and behold there will be a TON of them. Again, this has happened multiple times. One time we went at about 8:00pm, 2 hours before their sign says they close, and the doors were locked with the staff inside. We asked through the door what was going on and they said they had to close because they ran out of paper to put the sandwiches in. Seriously? We have had them refuse to take Subway gift cards because their«computers don’t read those.» Unfortunately, this Subway is the only one semi-close to me that offers the Veggie Patty option, so a lot of times I get stuck going. Every time I leave I am usually frustrated and ask myself why I even go there anymore. If you can, I say avoid this Subway and it’s rude staff every chance you get. If I could give this Subway a below 1 star rating, believe me, I would.

I always eat Subway, at other locations. The food is great. The ladies that work here at this location are very rude and don’t make you feel welcomed at all. Slow service also… they just don’t really care.

The food at this subway is just as good as any other subway, but it’ll take you forever to order. The last 4 times(over the course of 1.5 years!!) I’ve been there, the ladies behind the counter could not speak decent enough english to ask questions or understand what I’m saying. I speak fluent spanish but refuse to have to resort to using it to order a sandwich. Every time I’ve been there(4 times!) its been the same, albeit with different employees working too. The manager or owner needs to hire people who can communicate with the clientele. (note: this is nothing against people who speak other languages, like I said, I speak spanish too so dont come at me telling me i’m racist or something, that’s not the point nor is it true)
