At 4:30 Friday, Feb. 19th my husband went to Panda Express on FM2920 to pick up black pepper chicken & they didn’t have any out so the girl asked the cook to make some & he told her he wasn’t making anymore that day. Really? On Friday @ 4:30& the dinner crowd hasn’t even come in yet. We left & wont b back. Cooks to lazy to cook.

Random, fast food choice! Not mine. ;) It was about 8pm when we stopped in. Food is definitely No longer fresh. Looks is deceiving under their«light.» I just hope I don’t get sick… even though I rarely ate anything. It was that Bad. If I wanted Chinese food, I’ll go to an authentic place. A cashier staff accidentally placed an order in our bag that wasn’t ours and came over to take it out of our bag ONOURTABLE. Please don’t touch my bag after you already placed it in there. That’s horrible! Ask FIRST.

Worst experience ever at a Panda Express. Drive thru took over 30 minutes — to be fair, I was offered an(unsolicited) apology and 20% discount. Paid for the meal and arrived at home to discover that my order had obviously been sitting at the window for over 30 minutes… Will not return. I agree with others — how do they stay in business? Why have a drive thru, if they cannot handle the traffic?

This Panda Express is a consistent nightmare every time I visit. Half the time they close the drive through for some reason, causing a line wrapping around the inside. If you go through their drive thru expect to wait 30 – 50 minutes for them to finish the first guys food even though everyone else’s is ready to scoop. I asked the manager why they didn’t just send those people to the designated drive thru parking spot, and I kid you not, this was her answer: «because we kept forgetting they were out there so we can do that anymore»

This is the best panda ever! The staff is always super awesome and fast! They always remember me and always make conversation! Best customer service! Jonathan may or may not be a manager but is by far the most friendly happy guy I’ve ever met in the service industry! He loves his job and it really shows!

Took us 10 minutes to place our order in the drive thru. The lady was terrible talking into the microphone, kept telling us to place our order and mid way through she would say hold on and we’d have to wait even longer and she had a terrible attitude. Took all the might in me to not rip the lady a new one.

How do they stay in business? This is my third and last time here. Service is always very slow. 4PM on a Wednesday with one car in front of me. Used up my sons entire 30 minute lunch waiting for the food! We ordered Teriyaki Chicken/Kung Pao Chicken with chow mein and Beef Broccoli/Kung Pao Chicken with chow mein. Was made to pull into a parking spot to wait. The main entrée portions are tiny and the meal is mainly the side. The chow mein is spaghetti with soy sauce and a few slivers of cabbage. BLAHHHHHH. Hardly any peanuts in the Kung Pao. They are not cheap either… I could have gone to a restaurant, sat down and been served and come home with leftovers for the same price and time. Goodbye forever Panda.

Panda as a corporation can not handle the drive through aspect of food. I Pulled up at 7:17pm tonight, took me 25 minutes to reach the speaker and place my order. Then I find out they are out of orange chicken. Great. So I add a double rice to make up for it. At 7:52 — after 35 minutes of waiting I get my food and make sure its correct. It was not. I told them don’t even worry about it. This situation couldn’t possibly be worse right? Wrong. Turns out I got charged for my extra item even though it was not given to me after 35 minutes. I saw about 5 people behind me drive off. I say shut the drive through down. Sit down restaurants don’t even take 35 minutes, and they don’t overcharge or forget to give part of the meal either. Who’s running this place? UPDATE — 12÷4÷14 Got hungry and desperate enough to give them another shot. Restaurant claims to be open until 10, when they in fact stop cooking at around 9:20 from what I was told tonight. No Orange chicken or spring rolls at 9pm. Complete waist of my time and the companies own resources. Imagine being that sweet girl in the drive through and telling customer, after customer, after customer«Sorry, but unfortunately we don’t have ORANGECHICKEN, or SPRINGROLLS, or anything else you came here to EAT!» I heard her say it to three different cars! Poor girl, she deserves better than this mismanaged hell hole.
