Got a Groupon to have my upper legs lasered. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue another reviewer pointed out: Time. I got there for a noon appointment and was waiting about 20m before I was brought in. Then I was given this air hose to spray my legs with cold air to numb them. A bit weird, but okay. I was told it would take a minute, but I was left waiting for another 10m.(The cold air thing really works; I also used it while she was doing the treatment.) Personally, the waiting doesn’t bother me. I have lots to do using my iPhone and got a lot accomplished. But, it’s only fair to give an honest assessment for prospective customers. Just allow extra time and bring reading material because Christine is worth the wait. She’s doing an awesome job. More than that, I missed one of my prepaid appointments. I fully expected to lose the session. They are still giving me the 6 treatments. Talk about understanding! Meanwhile, I’m back there tomorrow to see Julie for a half-price massage. 90 minutes for $ 60!

My experience with Luxe MedSpa is very hit and miss. The only reason I still try with them is that I purchased a year service from Groupon so I had for the remainder to go to waste. In order to make my first appointment I had a similar experience as another reviewer… I tried calling, I went by numerous times and there was NEVER anyone there. You try to leave a message, its full; I asked next door at the eye doctors to see if they knew if this place went out of business, the lady at the doctor’s said no I just need to call her on her cell. It was very odd considering it was well within the times that were marked on the front door. Anyway, finally made an appointment. The first appointment went well. She was very nice, I had good results, I was happy. The next appointment I showed up maybe five minutes early, the owner wasn’t there and the doors were locked. She ended up showing up right when my appointment was to start so no biggie(still odd however considering the hours of operations listed on the doors). At the next appointment, I waited and waited and finally asked her front desk lady where the owner /technician was for my appointment. I was told she had run out to get lunch and I needed to be patient. Really? Whats the point of making an appointment if she is going to double book herself so she can go eat lunch with a friend? It was a good twenty or thirty minutes before she showed up for the appointment… I’m fairly positive it would have been longer wait but I pitched a fit and made the front desk lady call her. Please keep in mind, I make my appointments weeks in advance, these aren’t last minute calls for her to squeeze me into her schedule. Overall, knowing what I know now I wouldn’t have purchased the Groupon. Sh However, I am happy with the results.

Terrible experience. The door clearly says they are open on Friday’s from 9−5pm, I show up at 12ish and the doors are locked. I called several times(5), and no answer and can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full! Contrary to the two other reviews this is a horrible experience!!!

Luxe MedSpa is a great medspa that offers everything your skin needs. I have«combination» skin and I suffer from sporadic breakouts as an adult. I had a mini chemical peel done and purchased some skincare products. My skin looks amazing now!
