*Update– received a gift card for another sandwhich to my surprise at work today. Really appreciate the effort to make things right… Will be giving them another try*
Have ordered from this location before with no problems but last week I ordered a sandwhich for lunch… It was about 3:30 not rush hour or anything, and the sandwhich literally never came. I waited over an hour before giving them a call to see what was up and no answer after calling 6 different times! After I left my office around 7 I checked my bank to make sure I was charged before I went in store to address the issue, and my money had been credited back to my account. How do you just cancel someone’s lunch order with no contact what so ever? Maybe if we put her money back she will forget she placed an order 3 hours ago? Very unhappy with all of this and tried to speak with a JJ customer service rep with again no good explanation. Still waiting on my lunch to get here…

According to JJ commercials «Time is money». Although this location does a great job in store, the delivery service leaves much to be desired. Twice now we have waited an hour for sandwiches.

Absolutely FED UP WITH THE TERRIBLE SERVICE at this location. Either hire quality employees with at least a little common sense, or do us a favor and shut your doors. I walked in this evening to grab a quick sandwich on my way to a meeting. Three employees were behind the counter; two customers sitting at tables, and I was the only one in line I order. One employee was too busy on her cell phone to help me, one employee was making a sandwich, and the third one just stood in the center of the room with her hands in her pockets. I know she saw me based on her painful attempts to avoid eye contact with me. After being ignored for well over 5 minutes with no clear explanation I simply walked out and purchased my sandwich next door. JIMMY JOHNS WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY. You guys are an absolute joke.

Never been treated so bad, Was pretty much called a liar when I called in, then finally they admitted they probably only put on enough meat for a slim, by this point I’m upset because of how rude I was treated and accused of lying, I then asked to talked to a Manager, when he was just as rude as she was I was done, asked for a refund of my meal cause I was upset and really didn’t want it anymore cause of the way I was treated, they refused to help me with this, So now its about principal, So I go to the store and am treated no better there, some red headed girl mumbled under her breath thats not how much roast beef was on that left freaking left here, I said thats great customer service, she responded I learned it from my GM, I sure hope not, the rest of the staff equally rude. I love Jimmy Johns but I will never eat at this one again.

Wow! New low for Louetta Jimmy John’s! This really should be a zero. Where is the pride/​integrity one takes in their work?! The driver smelt like she had smoked marijuana the whole way over to our house. How am I supposed to tip you when you come to my front door smelling like Buzz Fest?! I was so distracted i forgot to give you the cash i had in my hand. Sorry! I am glad you made it here safely, but next time save what you do on your own time for after work… or at least deliveries! At this point I am sending a formal complaint to headquarters.

Not the best — far from the worst. This is your typical Jimmy John’s. I’ve been there several times. The staff is ok. They’ve never been rude but have never been overly friendly. I’m ok with that — I’m in & out for a quick sandwich. Delivery is fair. Sure they forgot the mustard packets but it’s not a big deal. They made the sandwiches fresh, correctly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I’ll continue to eat here time to time.

They are normally super fast with delivery and accurate. Recently delivery took over 45 minutes and one sandwhich we received 2 of 8 items requested and the other sandwhich received 2 of 5 items. Our ticket clearly had each item we requested, yet they did not follow through.

I am so upset. I go out of my way to go to this location. The owner wasn’t there at about 2:00 today. He usually is around lunch. We didn’t get either of the sandwhiches we ordered. We ate a little later. Both were so wrong! I will never go back to this location or to another jimmy johns. Have had bad experiences with the one at louetta and 249 for delivery as well. Love the sandwiches but not worth the hassle and misorders. Never go back! Stay away. Bunch of kids that don’t give a crap when no one is around

It’s Jimmy John’s so I don’t expect anything amazing. Sandwiches are decent and they deliver. I warn you with the delivery they seem to always leave an item out when we have an order with more than 4 items in the bag. They’ve corrected it each time but we just sort of come to expect someone’s chips, drink, or sandwich to be missing at this point so will probably just send someone next time and avoid delivery. «Freaky Fast as they say but bag check sucks».

Great sandwiches and SUPER fast service! Friendly counter people, always clean. Fast and friendly lunch! My favorite jimmy johns in the area!

This location is terrible. The owner of this franchise is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. I wish Jimmy Johns would crack down on their stores more.

Tastes better than Subway, but higher prices. The staff is very nice and it’s always clean inside. Can’t go wrong with Jimmy John’s
