Be aware!!! The tracker will tell you that your order is on the way and then you may receive a phone call telling you that they have no drivers available and your pizza will not be delivered! You tell them you want an immediate release on the funds they have on hold in the account you used to pay online. They say it will take 2 days. This is NOT true. Any operation that can process credit cards and debit cards can immediately pull up transaction and cancel but this location will not do it. Call your bank and report them and the bank can release your funds. Do not order online from this facility! Based on their lack of integrity you may want to order pizza from one of the other hundred plus options for pizza. One star is only because you have to pick at least one in order to post.

Really poor customer service. When I was overcharged and spoke to «Wayne», GM, he was not concerned and said they were right. Very disgusted and will not spend money there again.

I order from here many times, but everytime we order online the tracker is so misleading. I understand the baking and prep can take a while but a quality check for 15 minutes? My pizza came in cold so that is why I’m complaining. Anyways the pizza here is pretty decent when it does come in on time. I like the garlic touch they add to their pizzas that most pizza places do not have. Above all I think they should just bring the pizza in time, and not when it is lukewarm or cold. So I give a 2 due to the price and how late they can be.
