I come in to pick up my clothes which she said would be ready at 6:00p, granted I’m about 15 mins early. I’m told to come back around 6:45p (they close at 7p) as if k just want to be running back and forth with them. If you give a person a time then stick to it. I won’t be dropping anymore items off at this place.

Very unhappy thàt my jacket/​blazer was damaged to the point that I can’t wear it. Several missing design buttons; I had to get paid for a claim since it was unrepairable

I just switched to this place and so far I love it. Very friendly. Very nice. Clean. They do a great job on my uniforms and my husbands shirts. Highly recommend.

We truly only come here out of convenience but the service is horrible. They are never open on time, staff makes you feel like you’re interrupting their schedule, clothes come back smelling strange. We’ve started doing most of our own cleaning on gentle cycles at home & will be looking for another cleaners.
