They changed their Fries!!! So gross now!!! I went just for the fries and they don’t have the same ones anymore. To add to the pain the put my chili cheese dog in the bag vertically!!! The chili and cheese was everywhere! The only good thing was the coupon 15 $ for 30 $ worth of food!

Disappointed. The last time I was here was in September to pick up an Ice Cream cake for my sons birthday. The freezer was full of choices that day. Fast forward to today — A Saturday at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. 3 small cakes, 6 large cakes (all the same basic type) and 2 huge chocolate sheet cakes to choose from. No blizzard cakes. No roll cakes. No holiday cakes. No dates to determine age and no description. The manager was very nice and said he had some blizzard cakes in the back but that they were not decorated and the lady would be coming in a few hours. I couldn’t return as it was hubby’s birthday. I hope they see this and start to label the cakes and have better choices for the weekend rush.

First time going to this DQ, and was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean it was when we walked in the door.
Ordered a chicken strip basket meal. After filling my drink and just sitting down, the lady brought our food to the table!!! That was fast!
Chicken strips were hot and crispy, fries were hot and fresh too… Overall a very good meal served faster than any place I’ve been! Usually DQ takes a while…
Didn’t get a blizzard, maybe next time…
Prices seem a little high for what you get compared to other fast few places. But I can’t complain as it was enjoyable and the place was nice.

I use to be in love with Dairy Queen’s burgers and fries and ice-​cream but they recently changed their french fries and I do not like them. I hope that others share this and they change the fries back. The old fries were super yummy!
They have a good Jr burger that I enjoy!
They also have a great variety of ice-​cream.
The customer service at the locations in Spring, TX off Kuykendahl is great!!!

Nice people and new facility. Feels like prices have gone up 20% over night though. Disappointing since place was always a favorite of the lower middle class family. You can get the same kind of food for same price at Chilli’s down the street.

I ordered the Chicken strips today with fries, gravy and toast. My question is where were the fries ?? I have more fingers on my hands than the amount of fries that they gave me in this chicken strips/​fries dish !!! Considering that I was not that hungry today and did share my food with my sister and let her have the fries, I will let it slide today, but if I ever order again and get that few of fries with this dish, I will not accept the dish and ask for a refund immediately from management.

It only took them a year and a half to finally open their doors!
The place looks great, but it’s suffering the the usual pains of just opening which means (1) a new staff who don’t quite know what they’re doing and (2) overzealous Spring citizenry clamoring to try «the new place.»
Food is fine, they have a «cakes and treats» freezer section of already-​made ice cream cakes in addition to the usual food offerings, and Orange Julius as well. First experience was average, so three stars. I’ll LoL! To revise the review here in a month when they settle into a more regular rhythm.
