This HEB location is disastrous:
— Produce not fresh. (Sorry, cilantro. Not today.)
— Incredibly long lines/​not enough registers open
— Limited selection; couldn’t find what I usually purchase at HEB.
— Clutter… everywhere (crates/​boxes stored on aisletops)
— Old & dirty. In desperate need of a thorough cleaning and new food coolers.
— Evidence of rats. No droppings, but I can recognize that smell ANYWHERE.
— Shitty parking situation. Small spaces, random sign/​bollard placement. Certainly not pedestrian friendly. Not to mention it’s shared parking bc the store is in a strip with 89,374 other businesses.
Will drive farther to go to a better HEB. This location is not indicative of their quality elsewhere.

I would give this store a big 0 because it’s absolutely horrible. It’s small, and the atmosphere is old and outdated. No one is friendly, and I feel so uncomfortable every time I go here, like I need to watch over my shoulder. This place doesn’t deserve the title as an «H-E-B»…Ill go out of my way to shop at the nice one on 2920!

Terrible parking lot, doesn’t feel safe. store is always crowded, with little isle pathways and in general is nothing like any of the other HEB stores I shop at when considering quality. Just really seems to have an uncomfortable atmosphere. This store is the closest one to my home, but I drive further to go to better HEB stores.
