Super friendly and quick! Going back to this location. Very clean as well… didn’t feel dingy when I left.

the worst firestone ever do not go in this firestone never ever. i got here at 2:20 pm they took an hour to just look at the van. so at 3:30 they put the van up on the rack, at 5:05 they got the approval to go ahead and do the job. when i first came in the guy that took the order said it would take 2 to 3 hours. i spoke to the manager and he just told me it would be until 7 or 7:30 before they’re done. this is absolutely ridiculous i have to wait 5 hours to do a brake job. that is insane, if you have a problem with your vehicle take it else where this people are morons, they work very slow and talk alot so nothing is getting done. 5 hours is like a part time job who has that amount of time to be waiting here. i am going crazy, i am never ever ever going to a firestone place not even if it’s free. go somewhere else this people will tell you that your car has all other problems and tell you the car will be done tomorrow. i am calling headquarters after this rant. this corporation needs to know how their employees be have, act and «work». from a very pissed off never coming back customer.

Came in after my driver’s side window came completely off the track when I tried to let it down. They were the only auto repair place open in the area on a Sunday afternoon which meant they were super duper busy. Hoping to get my window fixed immediately, I was also mentally preparing myself to get a crazy look from the mechanic and be turned away without any assistance at all. Luckily my preparations were not necessary as the nice gentleman had one of his mechanics take a quick look at my window to see if he could take care of it for me. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part my window needed that day, but they were nice enough to put it back in place until then. There was a huge rain cloud just waiting for me to get back on the road, so I was truly grateful!
