Staff was great when sold product, we spent over $ 2500. However the delivery part went horribly wrong. They delivered our dinning set. And three of our 6 chairs were missing a rail. Not only that they were wobbly. They delivered our bed set without the head board and our dresser. And no one told us this but the driver, didn’t get a call like you are supposed to, until after the driver had already arrived. They set most of our stuff in a room and told us that will deliver the rest within two week, we only let them leave it here because we were told they had to leave it. Two weeks went by, and the day of the deliver at 7am received a call stating our head board is broken again, so my wife told the customer service representative that will call back after she has discuss everything with me. We decided to cancel everything, and had to wait to talk to someone at 9am because no one was in the office. After 2 hours of waiting, we were told that they couldn’t refund our money and that we have to wait again for other deliver. After asking for the return and that we don’t want the stuff they told us the stuff at our house cannot be taken back, and we had the option of picking another bed set. But if we pick another bed set, they would have to take the other set too. It has been 3 weeks since we made this purchase and we still don’t have any product. Oh, it is paid for ! There are too many other options to shop for furniture so no, I don’t and I won’t shop at this furniture place again.

Possibly the worst customer experience that I have ever had. All the parts for our daughters bed were not delivered. The delivery team wanted to just leave the bed and have us go to the store to attempt to figure this out. The real negative was Ethel Ivory. She was very rude to begin with. When my wife and I were trying to describe to her the pieces that were not there she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She would not listen to what we said. She continually talked over us and when I asked questions she refused to answer or even acknowledge them. She then told me that I could talk to her or the damn customer service line. I choose the customer service line. I will never shop at this store again after the level of disrespect shown to a customer who already had to explain to his daughter that she will not have her bed. I will say the one positive for Ashley Funiture was Ashley Hernandez from Customer Service who singlehandedly made it so I would some day possibly consider using Ashley Furniture again.

Oh gosh, where do I start?! I am usually the first person to recommend this place to family and close friends but I don’t think I will be doing that for a while. We purchased a bed for by son and they had to order two pieces that were to b arrive the following week. My issue came when it was time to put the bed together. Long story short I was giving the wrong piece, which I figured no big deal it happens I will just go and return it on Sunday. To my complete disbelief no one knew to do a return or an exchange. I was asked to wait for a particular employee to come in which I did and they just fumbled until they accomplished it. I had to wait for 2 ½ for something that honestly should have been a simple transaction. Ashley’s please train your employees and properly schedule your employees. There is no reason to leave all the new employees to fend for themselves. I guess you get what you pay for!

This place has it down, they know how to make you regret trying to save money by not having it delivered!!! If you’re on a budget and resourceful enough to get your items yourself this place will make you pay for it in time!!! So, be prepared to wait an hour or more for your stuff whether it be one item or several! NOWILL-CALLHERE!!!

Call ahead to schedule a pickup. Park in the front and walk inside. They told me «door 10» which IDK what that meant because customers pick up from the first open bay outside the gates. Door 10 was behind the gates which made no sense to me why she told me that. I ended up backing up the first bay ramp, handed over the paper from Ashley’s. Took about 30 minutes before I was ready to leave. They take a picture of your vehicle and you sign off on the pickup. No copies of what I signed were given to me. I browsed around the showroom a bit to compare what I paid for vs the scratch and dent they had here. I didnt see any deals. So furniture was badly damaged and they were asking way too much. Seems they need to get with the program if they expect to move any of it. I would advise visiting a another showroom instead of this warehouse location.

Horrible store. Customer service is horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. While they all sat behind the counter«working» I waited 45 minutes. Once they had time, I felt like I was bothering them and was rushed. They definitely show they are there just to make money off your sale.

I must admit, this outlet it pretty bad. I always give places a chance but I walked in and was surprised by all the mess in the office area. The furniture is sub-par. I understand this is an outlet but wow, what was available was junk. Staff were«interesting», definitely outlet store material. They looked bored and bothered when someone was applying for credit. Why you’d want credit for a purchase there is beyond me. I’m sorry Ashley but your ratings will continue to diminish as long as this store is open and the«furnishings» offered are cheap.

Absolutely terrible staff, terrible customer service. I had to go to this store for 9 weekends in a row to get all if my order. They would call me and schedule a delivery but never show up, delivered half of my furniture the first time then blamed me for their scratching my furniture so I wouldn’t accept it. STAYAWAY from this place! I have never had a problem with ANY Ashley Furniture stores until this one. You’re better off going to the actual store not this outlet.

So they don’t have a lot of stuff like the real store. It’s a clearance store. They have stuff that’s worn out a little. But you can get a good deal on most stuff. They have a new building right off 45 that’s almost complete. Let’s hope they have more stuff but easy accessibility means more customers and less goods. Let’s hope new space equals more goods.
