An okay flea market. Really has potential to be amazing if only there was more stores. Although it is a little ghetto. Diversity could do wonders on making this flea market a main one to visit.

You are on the Road, but need to Kill some time. So, for roadkill, you could shop, eat, or both at the Armadillo. … __/((,))),)’\ … East of I-45, about the distance for an 18-wheeler at 60 mph to stop, this building is open only on weekends(Friday-Saturday). On Saturday-Sunday, door #1(of 3) opens(on far northwest end) for an open garage sale, where you can(for a rental price of $?) have a booth, so that you can break even, selling junk you later wish you had given away so you could have spent your time at the beach instead of haggling with cheapskates all day. Market offers electronics, jewelry, furniture, home décor, gifts, food, and more. The Armadillo got in the Garden(Ridge Pottery; … the previous tenant of this building years ago). Some Wikipedia quotes about ‘dillos along with a correlation with this marketplace: — «They dig their burrows with their claws, only making a single corridor where they fit themselves.» Indeed. Inside the nest of the Armadillo. the interior is a connected set of a few wide, but many narrow, grid of halls and stalls. — «The word armadillo is Spanish for«little armored one». The stalls are separated by steel bar structures(armor of armadillo booth). — «Armadillos have poor vision, but large eyes.» I think the management sees profitability, but I don’t think the place has enough customers. — «When threatened by a predator, Tolypeutes species frequently roll up into a ball.» I saw a child do this when the mother caught him taking candy away from little sis. «Other armadillo species cannot roll up because they have too many plates. The North American Nine-banded Armadillo tends to jump straight in the air when surprised, and consequently often collides with the undercarriage or fenders of passing vehicles.» (cringe) I think we’ve all seen the result of this before on the road. As for the marketplace, you might get startled by shop owners who try to get your attention after you passed them. If you decide do your crawl here, beware of counterfeit goods, as noted by this article:
